I ordered a dog collar in December 2018. After 2 phone calls to the company I found a host of complaints about Save-A-Jake on line. I never received the item I paid for. Each time I called I got a different excuse. Please shut this business down, it is a scam and is stealing people's money.

This company is immediately collecting payment for merchandise, but never delivers the product. Company also will not reply to any correspondence.
Ordered a radio strap set for fire fighting, paid via debt card in full. Was initially told it would take 2 weeks. It has been 2 months. Company will not answer any phone calls or emails, I have ttied2numerous times. I recently found almost 100 reviews online of customers who have also paid and have not received any merchandise. Some customers have received patrial refunds. I have not received any refund or merchandise.

I desire a FULL refund for merchandise as well as shipping.

Order placed on 12/9/2018 never shipped. Multiple attempts to contact Sav-A-Jake have gone unanswered.
On 12/9/18 we ordered 4 Firefighter Irons sling Item 102-D, our card was billed immediately in the amount of $154.46. We never have received the product. We have left numerous messages, when we call noone ever answers the phone. We also have sent multiple emails trying to contact them. All attempts of communication go unanswered. Our order number is #AB-XXXXX.

We would like a full refund in the amount of $154.46 and also to be contacted by someone at Sav-A-Jake with an explanation.

No delivery or communication for products paid for
On December 14th, we placed an order online for three items and opted for expedited shipping at an increased cost in order to receive the items in time for the Christmas holiday.

A few days before Christmas, I called the company to inquire about our order which has not been delivered. I was told that they are a small company and were very busy and we should receive the order in a few weeks. When I explained that this was a Christmas gift and we paid for expedited shipping, she repeated they were a small company and behind... Never once did she apologize for failing on their commitment.

On Feb 5th, we STILL have not received the order and when I called, I spoke with the same woman who said she will check with production. After a 15 second hold, she said that production left for the day and she would email me the next morning. Still no apology in any way shape or form.

We still have not received our order, an explanation, a current status of the order, or a refund.

Desired Outcome

Deliver the product at least. Deliver the product and an honest apology would be appreciated. Refund the amount and deliver the product with an apology is best resolution

Paid for 15 Paramedic Code Cuffs. Took money out of our account but never received product.
I purchased 1 124-B12 (hi viz yellow code cuffs 12 pack case) and 3 individual code cuffs 124-b on 11/19/18. Order #/Invoice # AB-XXXXX. The first responders account was charged 114.90 and posted to our account on 11/20/18. Called inquiring about the shipment on 12/01/18 and received voicemail. no return call. called again on 12/3/18 and received a call from Stacey on 12/07/18 stating that we were behind a large military order however, our shipment was scheduled to go out that next week and I should have the products by 12/13/18. I never received notification or shipment nor the product. Called and emailed for the 3rd time asking status of my shipment on 12/20/18- no return email or call. I called yet again in January multiple times with no follow up and again today with only voicemail reached.

I wanted to let you all know that I have just received the shipment of code cuffs from Sav-A- Jake. I did notice that they have a trinity Florida address listed now instead of the palm harbor address. Thank you for all you attempted to do in order to make this right. I appreciate what you all have done.

Sav-A-Jake International did not send the product that I ordered and paid for
I made a payment for a product and it was never shipped to me. I made an online purchase Order # AB-XXXXX on 1/1/2019 for one 139-A Ultralite Nylon Firefighter Radio Strap Combo Set - Black for the amount of $39.99 plus $7.00 shipping charges for a total of $46.99. The amount was charged to my credit card. Since then, I have not received the product nor has the company communicated with me in any way. I contacted customer service multiple times two weeks later and I have not heard anything. Since then they have still not sent me the product I ordered or reimbursed me for my purchase.

I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase.

This business is awful and has no customer service. I would not recommend. They did finally, however, send me the product that I had ordered and paid for.

I ordered 2 products from this company on 12/10/2018 that was for a Christmas present for my son that NEEDS this for work. I still have not received.
On 12/10/2018 I called this company and talked to a lady that took my order for a 114-PER SILV PERSONALIZED Leather Glove Strap-Premium trigger snap clip personalized with (NUTTALL) and a 107-C 50; Firefighter Drop Bag Black w/3M Triple Yellow reflective. Total order with shipping was $38.18. My card was charged before we hung up. I had asked the lady if I had ordered it in time for Christmas as my son really needs this for his work as a firefighter. She said it was close and if I didn't receive it before Christmas to call them and ask for status. I called on the Friday before Christmas and she said it was not shipped out yet, but would be shipped the day after Christmas when they were all back in the factory. I gave it til a week after Christmas. I have called 12 times and I have sent 4 emails - I have not been contacted and my emails have not been responded to. As of today - I still do not have my product.

I would like these items shipped out immediately to me! If they are not able to ship it out immediately, I would like an immediate full refund plus extra for the trouble I have had to go through and now have to find it some place else and the fact that this was one of my sons main Christmas presents and I was horrified that I didn't have Christmas for my son.

They finally sent my item to me. I received it on Jan 31, 2019

Company failed to ship item and charged us a 30% cancellation fee.
We ordered four fire department hose strap devices on X-XX-XX and paid for the items at time of the order. Total price including shipping, $212.46.

We never received the order and called them on a number of occasions which they failed to return our calls.

On 10-10-18, they finally contacted us and stated the item would be shipped on the following Tuesday (10-16-18). The item was never shipped.

On 11-29-18, we called to cancel the order. We were only refunded $152.48. They did not refund us the total amount that we paid.

My understanding is there are several complaints with SAV-A-JAKE.

FULL REFUND of $212.46 They refunded us 152.48. They still owe the Rockton Fire Protection District $59.98

On December 7, 2018 I ordered an anchor chain cover for my dad's boat as a Christmas present. I chose this company because their website said they supported veterans and sold mostly to EMS, fire, police clientele. Thinking there was plenty of time for it to be delivered I went ahead and ordered. So on December 14, 2018 I contacted the company via email since no shipment information had been sent, however they easily had already taken my money. No response. I emailed again on December 23, 2018 really upset, because I had to go get my dad something else. No response. Thats when I started getting nervous and decided to google the company. Little did I know they never planned on delivering the $152 item. They have taken a lot of money from people who are firefighters, EMS, police, etc. What FILFTH takes money from those who get paid so little to put their lives on theline for our safety every single day? Luckily I try to use paypal whenever I can especially if I've never ordered from a company before, since the guarantee each purchase. I opened a case with paypal. Thank the Lord I got my money back because paypal ruled in my favor in the case. I don't know what kind of scheme is going on but it is awful and disgusting.

I want them to get shut down and possibly prosecuted. They shouldn't be allowed to take people's hard earned money and get away with it.

I made a payment for a product and it was never shipped to me.
I made an online purchase on 7/9/2018 for one *** (Firefighter Hose Strap - Black w/3M Triple Yellow Reflective Stripe with carabiner) for the amount of $24.99 plus $6.06 shipping charges for a total of $31.05. The amount was charged to my debit card and the money was withdrawn from my account. Since then, I have not received the product nor has the company communicated with me in any way. I contacted customer service back in September and I was told the item was back ordered and I would receive it when the supply was back in stock. Since then they have still not sent me the product I ordered or reimbursed me for my purchase.

I ordered a product September 3rd. I called twice since then being told it would ship out by the end of the week and still have not received product.
I ordered an SCBA chest strap for $23.99 September 3rd and have not received it. I sent an email with no response, then called twice. I ordered a product almost 3 months ago and it still has no been delivered. They will not return phone calls or emails.
On 8/10/2018 I placed an order, AB-XXXXX, for a product they make and sell. The product cost $149.99 and shipping charges were $9.50 for a total of $159.49. After aproximetly one month I sent an email inquiring the status of my order. I never received a reply. about a week later I called and the lady that answered told me that this product was a custom made product and it will take about 2 weeks before delivery. I waited two weeks and I had not received anything via mail or email. I have sent 3-4 emails and have call numerous times. I have not received any replies to emails nor have they returned my messages.

I ordered a radio strap Item # *** on August 6th 2018 for the amount of $86.49 from Sav-A-Jake International. I received a email with my Order number of AB-XXXXX. I emailed them on September 4th 2018 about the status of my order. I received no reply. I emailed again on 9/8/18 and still no reply. I have also tried calling the number that is listed for a status of my current order. I would cancel my order but do not see anyway of cancelling on their web page.

I finally received the product

I ordered a product on July 18, 2018. I still have not received the product and the company has not responded to multiple emails.
I placed an order for 139-B ultralite nylon figherfighter radio holder and strap set - black with 3M silver reflective tape with personalized name and ID number. Cost was 53.99 USD plus $7 shipping. This order was placed on July 18, 2018. The order number is AB-XXXXX. I paid with a personal *** card.

I emailed the support email address (***@savajake.com) on Aug. 7, 2018 requesting an update on the status of product and received no response.

I emailed the support email address again on Aug. 22, 2018 and again received no response.

I wish to have my money refunded immediately.

Ordered a product from them. They never sent it.
Ordered a fire belt from them on Feb 10th, 2018, it's now the end of August and no product. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response.
