Just like the many other complaints, I ordered customized radio straps back in November 2017. After the holidays I contacted the company and was told that due to the holidays and custom nature of the job, our job was delayed. I was promised that the items were already in production and would be shipped no later than February 2, 2018. I have emailed and called numerous times since then and received no call back. Today is April 4, 2018, over five months after the original order and nothing has been received to date. I emailed yesterday to cancel the order and finally received a bogus, disingenuous email stating that since it was fully custom, they would not compromise quality and asking if I truly wanted to cancel. I was again told it would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I wish I would have thought to research this horrible company prior to ordering. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I called every 3 weeks checking on my order. It was always with the production team. And it should be delivered in one week. This went on for 4 months. They seem to block repeat callers and never answer emails. I started using a VOIP number so they could not track number. They actually sent me a email that stated a refund would be credited back on a credit card. But it will take 5 to 7 days.

Order Number #AB- XXXXX applies to this order (order was made on-line).

Payment for the item was completed via credit card, and was in the area of $90-$100 or so (item was a gift, so I do not know the exact cost).

Item did not arrive, and an inquiry was sent to the company o/a 6 January 2018. Company replied advising that the item was "on the production line" with no guarantee on a delivery date.

Called several times over the past two months, and upon getting through (on two occasions), the company advised that the item was on the production line, and they were unable to provide a delivery date.

Called once more on 21 March 2018 and call went to voice mail.

No other information on the order is available.

Desired Outcome

Ultimately, I would like to have the product that was purchased. If that is not possible, a full refund of the amount paid for the item and any shipping charges is desired.

I ordered 22 glove straps on March 2nd, haven't been provided with shipping information and have tried contacting them via web form, email and phone.
Ordered 22 gloves straps, paid $240 USD. Never provided with shipping information and many attempts to contact them via web form, email and phone haven't been successful. They aren't answering emails or phone calls.

This complaint isn't closed. I was told on March 20th that my order would ship within 7 to 10 business days, we're now 14 business days out and still no response from the company to my email to them last week, no shipping information and no glove straps. I was told to close the PayPal dispute in order for my order to be processed so now I'll have no choice but to contact American Express to reverse the transaction by end of week unless they can provide me with shipping information.

The order was shipped to the buyer as requested. Being that it was an international purchase, the order was shipped and held in customs for 10 days. Merchandise was confirmed delivered by the shipping agency.

Order #AB-XXXXX placed *** as of *** item not shipped. Repeated phone call messages left, occasionally spoken to company with same answer "custom handmade product takes longer to produce". One email reply on 24JAN2018 "Your custom built personalized leather radio strap and holder set is in our production line at this time. Every one of the over 800 products on our website are built to order and shipped from our USA facility in Tampa, Florida. We have had a surge in demand for all of our custom products this time of year which has resulted in extended delivery times. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your package. The current estimate for shipping is in the next 10 business days." Still haven't heard back in the last 49 calendar days.

Desired Outcome

1. Free delivery of the product I ordered. 2. Refund shipping charge of $9.50 3. Refund 50% price of item $35.99 4. Apologize to any/all firefighters and first responders that have oredered from this company. They represent themselves as a firefighter owned/run/and employs and is all about the 'brotherhood' of firefighting. Awful representation.

We order hose straps August 31, 2017, in December and they were suppose to ship out the end of the month. Now they do not answer their phone or email.
we placed an order with them in August 31st for Fire Hose Straps, we had a previous order with them that we received so this is the second order we had with them. They required payment up front, which we did on the fist order. We talked to them in December to check status and they were suppose to ship out the end of December, when order didn't come in we have been leaving messages and emails, they do not respond to any of it.

Desired Outcome

We would like to get our money back or the merchandise that we ordered and paid for.

I don't see what the business has responded to my complaint.

They have already taken the money for the item from my account (1/7/2018) but I have had no response to my request for an order update (2/6 & 2/7/2018
I placed an order on 1/6/2018 and was immediately charged for the order. I reached out on 2/6/2018 via email to ask for an update on the order since I had received no information about when to expect the order to arrive. I did not receive a response. On 2/7/2018 I called their company phone number to get an automated message asking me to contact them via email. I stated that I had do so and needed to get information on my order. Today I started proceedings with my bank to get my money back from the order.

Desired Outcome

There is no information on the website stating how long the orders will take. They need to remove the website since obviously they are unable to fill orders. They also need to learn to communicate with the consumer. i realized when I ordered the product that it was a costume made product and would take a little longer than normal. However, communication from the company stating when they anticipated my order to be completed or acknowledging receipt of my phone call and email would have been appropriate action.

I order a radio strap at the begging of January and still nothing. I tried calling a couple times and sent emails and nothing.

I purchased a radio strap in November and still have not received my product. Numerous calls and emails have been done with no result
I was last promised a 2 week delivery and that was three weeks ago. Now they don't return calls or emails. They have had my money since November

They have agreed to a refund of the purchase price and have stated they will still fulfill the order

I ordered medical supplies for myself to use at my job on January 12th. I received a conformation email saying that my order had been received and placed. They told me I would be receiving another email when my products had been shipped. I haven't heard anything about my order being shipped, so I have tried calling and emailing the company. I have not been able to get into contact with anyone. When I call, the automated message says that if a person has shipping questions, to either email them or leave a voice message. I have done both numerous times with no success.

Other (requires explanation) I either want my products shipped to me or my money back in a refund.

Placed an order 10/9/2017, my credit card was charged, as of 1/9/18, I have not received the product and they have sent no communication at all.
Order # AB-xxxxfor a Hurricane Firefighter Search Pack was placed on 10/9/17. My credit card was charged shortly after that. I've called numerous times only to get an answering machine, which I have left messages for them to call me, I've e-mailed their admin address as requested, I've written request on their web site login. I have not received a single response, not one from the company, they took my money and have not communicated since.

I either want my money back or I want the product ASAP.

Ordered item , a simple strap and radio case with my name on it, Sept 9th, 2017. Was billed right away. After repeated contact attempts and waiting, 2 months later, I get email saying how backed up they are, promised me a $15.00 discount, that never occured. They never answer their phones ( I'm sure due to people complaining), and don't answer the emails. Now I'm into almost 4 months and still waiting. At no place on their ordering does it say there will be a 4 plus month wait for this item. Short of going to business owners home, I can not figure a way of getting any attention from them. I never received an email back. the next week I called them 4 times with no answer. my last phone call I told them I want an order status or I want my money back and left my phone number. I'm still waiting for a response. Because of this I had to reach out to my bank. *** federal to do a dispute of charges.

The only time I was notified by this company was after I reported them to my bank and the Revdex.com. After that I told them I don't want my order it was immediately canceled after weeks of no answer

Ordered nov 8th 2017... still have not heard a word.
On nov 8th 2017 I purchased a radio strap from this company. My order number is *** I paid roughly 85 dollars. They were quick to take it out of my account and then didnt hear a word from them...then on Nov 20th I recieved a email that my produck was on the production line and I would recieve a shipping number when it was sent out.. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund or a date that my strap would be mailed out.. I have recieved NOTHING from them since and they are imposible to get ahold of a live person. It is now Dec 9th and has been 1 month with no updates or even a round about date.

I would like a full refund so i can purchase a radio strap from a reputable souce!

Products like the one purchased by the customer are of a custom nature and are built by hand to their specifications. It is not a premade product and it takes many hours of workmanship to complete. When we have hundreds of custom orders in our production line, delivery times are extended. Because each product is different, we cannot provide finite delivery times due to their unique nature. We are sorry to hear that we could not satisfy our buyer and are continuing to strive for better communications in the future.

Only after sending a message to the Revdex.com did I finally get a refund and response 2 days later. I am happy that I got a refund but still wondering why the company *** about the product.. they say it takes time to make but I ordered the strap on 11/8. In their first reponse( recieved on 11/20) they said it was on the production line... then I havent heard anything untill I recieved the refund... so you wanna tell me it takes over a month to make a radio strap? Either way I got my money back but would not recomend this company to ANYONE!

Order date: 11/6/17. Order #: AB-9929. Online order and card was charged the same day. $23.99. After a week I had not seen any shipping details, so I emailed the company as suggested on their website. No response. One week later I sent a second email. No response. A few days after that I tried calling and was forced to leave a recording. No response. I then sent a message through their website contact form. No response. It has now been 24 days since my order was placed and this company has not sent the product, nor responded even once to my multiple attempts of contact.

Desired Outcome

I'd like the business to contact me. An apology of taking my money and failing to respond to me or deliver my product would be nice. They should send the product I ordered and make this right.

After Revdex.com got involved I received an email from Sav-A-Jake stating my order "was being processed and would arrive to me very soon." This email included a tracking number for USPS. I received this email Sunday, Dec 10th. All week long the tracking number said the same thing, "PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM."
Today is Sunday, Dec 17th and it still says USPS AWAITING ITEM.
Remember, my order was placed and money was taken Nov 6. My first contact from this company was Dec 10, only stating my order was on the way. No explanation, no apology, nothing else. This is after my four attempts to contact them with no response.
So now 6 weeks later, there is still no rush to get me an item they said "should arrive to you very soon." Also, this is the now the week before Christmas.
Sav-A-Jake has proven to be a company you can't trust. No communication with the customer, no shipment of the item ordered. But they'll take your money! You can count on that.
At this point if I ever see my money back or the item I ordered, I'll assume it's a miracle.

August 18th 2017 ordered a Radio strap all most 16 weeks later still no strap emailed the company several time no response called no answer
Ordered a Firefighter Nylon Radio strap item *** on 8/16/2017 order *** took the money that day from my bank account.. Wondering how long it would be until the item would be shipped. Sent a email on 8/23 was told they make every product to order and be patient. A month later on 9/2 emailed again no response. Another email on 10/2 still no communication from Sav-a-Jake. Send another email on 11/1 and 11/2 nothing... Finally found a number for the company and called talked to a lady on 11/3/17 she tells me the same story they are in a busy time and to be patient. Says my order should be finished in 7 to 10 business days that was almost 4 weeks ago. Sent and email yesterday no response and called 4 times yesterday and twice today no answer... All im requesting is A refund of my money $61.05..

Highly Disappointed And Concerned After Not Receiving Our Items And No Communication With This Business After NUMEROUS Attempts By Phone And Email.
Our department placed an order with Sav-A-Jak International, on their website http://www.savajake.com/ on 10/09/2017 for two Firefighter 3 Piece Leather Motorola APX 6000 Radio Strap Set 3M Triple Yellow Reflective (161-CTY-6K) Order *** We paid by Visa credit card $161.48 and post date shows 10/10/2017 to SAVAJAKEINC 727-709-6167 FL. After several weeks had went by we started to become concerned as we had not received an email from Sav-A-Jak International with a tracking number. An attempt was made to contact them by the listed telephone number provided on their website. A message was left asking for an update on our order. Since that day we still have received no reply from Sav-A-Jake International after our NUMEROUS, NUMEROUS, NUMEROUS inquires by telephone, voicemail's left and e-mails sent to the provided contact information shown on their website. After looking into this further and researching recent complaints on the Revdex.com website, it would seem many other people are having a similar issue. This has been going on well over a month with zero contact from this business besides the original email "New Order *** confirming our order. The companies website does not state anywhere to expect such an extended processing or delivery time, nor that customer calls and emails would be ignored for such time leaving us no other choice but to file this complaint like others have had to do. We are truly disappointed with Sav-A-Jak Internationals service and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Company finally made contact with us 12/12/2017 by telephone and agreed to issue a refund.

I ordered a radio strap from Sav-a-jake on Oct. 31. After over 2 weeks with absolutely no communication from the company I attempted to contact them via their website, direct email, and by phone. With no response at all I filed a dispute with Paypal. Still no communication but after five days I got a refund through Paypal. Throughout this process I never received any communication from the seller. I will never try to buy from them again.

I ordered and paid for my product 07/29/17 and have still not received it. The company is not returning my calls or emails regarding this issue.

I emailed in August and received a reply from the company on 08/16/17 stating that the product was being completed at that time. It is now 11/02/17 and I still haven't received my product. I have emailed and called and left messages and the company is no longer responding to me. my order # is ***. Payment amount was $21.99 via Visa Debit Card.
