Paid for a product and never received it.
I purchased a radio strap online, through the website, paid for it and never received it. The cost was $67.99 and I have sent multiple inquiries to them without any response or attempt to make it right.

I have not yet received my product that was ordered.
I purchased a pink radio strap from this business on September 22. After approximately two weeks, I called to check the status of my order. I left a message. I did receive a return phone call a few days later and was told that it takes approximately 10 days to make the strap and I should receive an email confirmation when the product ships. After repeat phone calls and not being able to speak to anyone regarding a refund at this point, I have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone in customer service. You would think a company that is owned by retired first responders wouldn't take advantage of those people that are supporting your business.

it is apparent this company is scamming people left and right, I have contacted every number available and no one will respond, our fire department ordered straps for fire extinguishers 6 months ago they immediately charged our credit card and will not return phone calls or emails, will not ship items as its obvious they do not have them, researching the owners they both have facebook pages Scott T. and Stacy T. T. I have sent messages to both of them with no response! it is a shame they pretend to do business for first responders and based off over 100 Revdex.com complaints it appears they are scam artists. I hope they can live with themselves our department is seeking legal action.

I ordered a radio strap on 8/22 for $60 that was in-fact charged to my account. I've attempted to contact the company multiple times seeking any sort of update and as of this date I've not heard anything nor have my emails or phone calls been returned. Extremely disappointed that it's come to putting in a complaint but I truly feel that people need to know how this company does business. There's no doubt in my mind that this is a scam and I believe my money was stolen.

My brother and myself both made seperate orders for radio straps. I have tried contacting them several times since the order. I still do not have it.
Towards the end of May 2019 my brother ***) decided we wanted to order radio straps to use as firefighters. We gave them a few weeks and then about early to mid July we contacted them. When I called they did not answer so I left a message. They then called me back about 2-3 days later and told me our orders should ship shortly. Well, we gave it anpther 2-3 weeks until late July and called again. Same thing happed with leaving a message and them calling back sahying it should ship soon. So I gave it a few more weeks and called in late August. This time when they called me back they said it would ship in the next 10 buisness days. After about 15 days I still had not seen a shipment email or heard anything and tried calling back again. No answer so I left a message, and no return. I tried again a week later, same thing. I then tried to email them and no reply. I then tried to call again a couple weeks later and still have not heard back from them and neither of us have seen our radio straps or a shipment email.

I made an order from sav-a-Jake, they never sent my item, and kept my money. They do not answer calls or emails. Been 3.5 months with no response.
June 14th I made an order from the company listed, AB-XXXXX is my order number. They stated it would take 4-6 weeks for arrival due to personalization, I was okay with it. August came no product, I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails with no response. This company took my money the day I ordered it, and never sent my product and can't not even answer or even return a phone call or email. I would like my money.

I ordered a Vertical glove holder for my duty belt from this company on August 2nd. And never received a shipping confirmation. 2 weeks later I sent an email telling them if I didn't get one I would have to go to the bank and challenge the charge of roughly $20. That was a month ago as I found a better product from Bay area tactical. I have never had such a horribly non existent customer service experience like this. This company is a joke and I wish I had googled the Revdex.com about them before I placed an order. I've decided by this week to go to my bank and based on what Ive read here report this company to the federal trade commission. Preying on First responders, Police and corrections officers is despicable. Do not buy from this company its a scam.

I ordered a product from sav a Jake international in June. I never received delivery and they are not returning any of my calls.
I ordered a firefighter bunker gear belt from the company and I never received delivery of that product. I contacted them a month after my initial order date and they said it had not yet been made but it would be sent out soon. Since then I have called and left several voicemails attempting to ask questions and request a refund and they do not call me back

8/6/2019 AB-XXXXX $102.47. I have e-mailed them 6 times and called them once no one ever gets back to me. I'm afraid I will get robbed, which is what it is when someone takes your money and doesn't send the product.

Got an email saying my order went through and money was deducted out of my bank account. Never received the item.

I have not received a call back nor an email back from this company, other than my receipt when I purchased the product.

Jan.9, 2019 I placed an order for a product from the listed company at the cost of $67.99. after three months with no response I contacted the company and they stated that they were behind on orders and it will be out soon. I called back again in May of 2019 and again was told that it would be completed soon. since that date I have called back, left messages, sent emails, all with no reply. at this point I would just like my money back.
