I spoke to a lady back in April, she told me they are working on my order now. It is June 24th and I still have not received me order. They will not answer my phone calls or return messages. Horrible company... This company is scammers....
I ordered a product from this company in Feb 2019 and yet to receive it. Called this company twice and both times after talking to an individual was told both times it was 2 weeks out. after waiting another month called back and have yet to get a response or phone call. Sent emails and phone calls asking for refund and still have yet to get a response or refund.

Ordered a radio strap on 3/7/19 and was told it would take a month to recieve. It has now been 3 months and still haven't recieved strap.
Ordered a personalized nylon radio strap on 03/7/19. The order number was 03/7/19. I called on 04/7/19 to find out status of order. Was told order would be sent out it just took a little longer for personalized items. Checked again on 05/7/19 and was told order would ship out in two weeks. It is now 06/12/19 and still no product. Now the company won't even return my many calls. I would like either my strap sent out soon or a full refund for my purchase.

No delivery of product, no correspondence from company.
I order 2 products from this company online on January 17, 2019. The order number is AB-XXXXX and it was for a truck escape belt and an axe holster. I paid in full via credit card and was charged for the products. It is now June 6, 2019 and I have yet to receive the items or word that items have shipped. I have also for the past 35 days either called or emailed them with no correspondence back from the company.

I bought a rescue and escape belt from sav a Jake in March of 2019 and the belt was never delivered. They took payment from my bank account

Ordered products at the beginning of April, it is now beginning of June and have not received my product nor responses to emails.
I ordered a Motorola APX 7000 Ultralite Firefighter Radio Combo Set - Black on April 6, 2019. I have sent numerous requests through their contact form on their web page without any responses, nor am I getting responses from calling the phone number attached to their page either. Mt order number is AB-XXXXX and the shipping method was supposed to be USPS with delivery confirmation. I paid $52.99 and am requesting a full refund for this purchase.

I ordered a radio strap about a month ago and have had no updates on my order. I have called multiple times, I have emailed multiple times and have received no answers. I read reviews on this company and there are MANY people that have the same issues I have where they have ordered something months ago and have received nothing. This is sad they are taking money from EMS/FIRE/LEO and not delivering the products as promised. I want a full refund from this company ASAP.Thanks.

I never received my online order and it has been 5 months since purchase. I have attempted to contact the company, with no response.
I placed an order back in December of 2018. They charged my credit card and sent me, by email, a receipt for my order. After hearing nothing from them for months, I contacted them by email and phone in February 2019. They said on the phone my order would be shipped within a week. After a few more months, I contacted them by email and over 10 phone calls in May 2019. I left numerous messages and never once got an answer or a response.

I would like to be refunded for the charge on my credit card. I don't car if I get the product as long as I get my money back.

Horrible. I ordered on 2/6/2019. Two items, a personalized mask bag and a glove clip. I've called multiple times, left messages, haven't actually spoken to anyone that works there. At this point, I just want a refund. Communication would have at least made this a little easier to swallow.

Product ordered and NOT received.
Purchase through online sales for a latex glove pouch. I have called and sent numorous messages as well as left voice messages with only one return call from a female staff member from save a jake stating through phone call that I need to give them just a few more days as products are custom made in shop per order and not purchased from anither vendor to be resold. I have waited for updates on status for order with nothing for progress no tracking number no order ready for sipment and the like. I am happy to know this company made products in house as I highly support USA made products and businesses however I would need to receive what I purchased insted of what appears to be some type of run around.I wish to recieve product ordered especially having to wait as long as I have patiently awaited since 20/April/2019
I also have now a claim through PayPal due to this current situation

Ordered items that were never shipped. Would not answer calls.
Placed order on 2/13/19. I was advised items would arrive within 30 days. No response on numerous calls and emails. Finally got hold of representative who advised items would ship by end of March. Mid April now and company not returning calls.

They charged by Credit card on 2/14 for $358.91. Requesting full refund.

Order # AB-XXXXX, *** Hi *** ordered on 3/15/19. I paid $21.00 after shipping. I called 3/27/19 and spoke with a female, when questioned the status of my order I was told that it had not been shipped yet and I would receive a email when it does. I advised her it had already been 2 weeks and she again stated I would receive a email when it ships. As of 4/13/19 I have had no response. I called 6 times on Friday 4/12/19 and left multiple voicemails throughout the day and had no response from any. A coworker recommended this company as he has the same product I ordered so I had never done research on the company to begin with. I am just now googling this company and realizing how much of a scam they are. This is beyond ethical and I nohow understand how this company can still be up and running.

I would really like the product I ordered as I have not been able to find them elsewhere. However if this company is unable to go through with my request. Others I have read did end up receiving a partial refund due to "30% cancellation fee". If I am able to receive a refund I want my full amount, it is not my problem that they can not fulfill a order. This company needs to be removed and prosecuted for theft.

After multiple phone calls and emails, I finally received a shipping tracking number.

Customer service does not response, we did get a call for CC info when the order was placed but no communication possible since (for 3 months).

SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL has failed to deliver the products we ordered and paid for almost 4 months ago.
The products, 4 additional firefighter irons slings (Model # 102-D)were ordered/purchased for our fire department, *** almost 4 months ago on December 6th, 2018 via http://www.savajake.com. Order number is : AB-XXXXX, cost per unit was $35.99 x 4, plus shipping and handling at $10.50 totaling $154.46 and payment made via department credit card (MasterCard). Unfortunately, I've made multiple inquiries via both email and phone without a reply to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for your time.

I purchased a non customized radio strap for my first response nephew as a Christmas gift. The order was placed mid December. I have not received the item and it is now late April. I have left several messages (both voice mail and email) with no response. The merchant charged my credit card $74.49 in Dec XX XXXX.

I wish I would've looked here before I placed an order. Worst customer service ever. Will not respond via email. Somehow I managed to talk to someone on the phone, who lied to me about when my order would be shipped. Had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded.

On 12/10/2018 I ordered my son (A fire fighter) a radio strap . I called Sav-A-Jake the week of Christmas , the girl on the phone said wouldn't be untill after the holidays before they would have it complete & shipped .on 1/10/2019 I called multiple times finally getting her to answer, she again told me still backlogged from holidays should be later that week . I called again on 1/25/2019and got the same story. On 2/13/2019 I spoke with her again got pretty much the same story, but was told she was going to check with thr production dept & call me back. She issued a USPS tracking # https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX... I heard nothing for a few weeks called multiple times & emailed with no response. Finally on 3/6/1019 after multiple attempts I finally got a hold of her & was told shipping by friday 3/8/2019. Well its 3/18/19 and USPS tracking still shows same as day she sent the info. I've tried calling everyday & no answer. At a loss on how a they keep lying to me. They had no problem taking my money some 3 months ago.

Order with Sav-A-Jake from December 11th still hasn't shipped and can't get in contact with the company ever since they collected payment.
Our company placed an order with Sav-A-Jake on December 11th, 2018. The order was confirmed with order# AB-XXXXX. We ordered ULTRALITE 139-FP-M (Qty:15) for a cost of $40.99 (Total - $614.85). I called for months for 2 months looking for ETA and finally got an answer on 2/5 and they said the order would be shipping 2/11. I did not get a name :(. The date is now March 14th, 2019 and still can not get an answer from them. I wish that I checked Revdex.com before we place the order because it seems that this company has done this many times before. It is very frustrating that this can happen to people over and over again and this company can continue to get away with it. I understand that things happen, and I have waited for orders much longer. But the fact that they do not answer a phone call, return voicemails, respond to emails, all after they charged our credit card is frustrating. I wish I was aware that this company is known for collecting money but never sending any product. I would have placed my order elsewhere. I hope that Sav-A-Jake can either get their act together or be shut down before they scam more people out of money and time.

I would really like for the order to ship and if not I would like a refund. But honestly, at this point I would be satisfied with a simple answer. The fact that this continues to happen and they do this to multiple other people all while staying in business is very disheartening.

the order did ship. Still no communication from the company but we did get the material. I do not think that it is a coincidence that 1 week after the complaint, the item shipped. (Based off of other reviews and our own personal experience with this company.)
