Ordered a product in January 2018. Have not recivied as of 8-21-2018.
I ordered two products in January of 2018 and was charged immediately. As of 8-21-2018 I have not recivied the two products. I recivied an a email on 4-4-2018 apologizing for the delay and stating the product had shipped and was arriving I. 10 to 13 business days. The products never arrived. I spoke via phone with a company representative on 7-27-2018 and on 8-9-2018 each time I was told I would receive a shipping confronmation that evening. I did not. On 8-21-2018 I spoke via phone with a company representative. The owner got on the phone and in a confrontational manner told me he did not want my business and I'd get refund. Before I could respond he hung up the phone.

Purchased radio strap on 6-13-18 and 2 months later I still have not received it. Asked for a refund and still nothing.
I purchased a radio strap and radio holder from Sav-a-jake international on 6-13-18. The money was taken out of my account on 6-14-18. I have emailed this company twice and didnt get a response. I have called about 5 times since my order date. I left several messages but not response. I finally spoke with someone 2 weeks ago and I asked for a refund. I was told to send an email requesting a refund and I would receive it within 2-3 days. Still nothing. My order number is (AB-XXXXX) Can you please help me with this issue?

On February 4,2018 I ordered product #102-A, Gravity Irons sling. I paid $43.99 plus shipping at $6.00 for a total of $49.99. I made several phone calls in March to ask about my order. I received an email on April 4, 2018 apologizing for the delay and stating my order would be sent out in 10-12 days. I have not received anything since that email. I have emailed them June 19, 2018 and August 6, 2018 and place numerous phone calls. Still no response.My last phone call even stated I was contacting the Revdex.com if I didnt hear back from them. Still no response.

I ordered a savajake in May of 2018. I made multiple attempts to contact the co with no reply. Tried calling multiple times to get a refund to noreply
I ordered the product in May of 2018. In june I wrote an email saying I wanted to know the status to which I received no reply. In August I have become irate because I have not received any emails, and have attempted to call the company many times to which I never get an answer. I sent a final email saying if I dont receive a refund I will be contacting my bank to investigate fraud and contact the Revdex.com. To which at this time still have not received a reply.

Ordered a radio strap for my radio, no shipping info was ever received so I emailed and called to get a refund and nothing was ever replied to me.

I have contacted the company multiple times regarding delivery and status of my item and have not gotten a response.
I placed a order for a ultralite wildfire nylon radio holder strap set w/optional personalization on 6/28/18 for the amount of 60.99. I got a confirmation email for my order with no expected delivery date so I emailed the company on 7/1/18 asking about the expected delivery date. I have yet to received a response. I contacted the company again on 7/17/18 via the request section on the website in regards to the status of my order. The request id number for that is xxxx I contacted the company via phone on 7/28/18 and left a voicemail with my order number for the company to contact me in regards to my order. I have yet to receive a response from the company and would like to request a refund from the company.

I would like for the company to refund me my full amount of $40.99 due to the item not being made or shipped so I can order this item elsewhere. My current radio strap that I have is taped together while I have waited for this one to be shipped. It is an item I use almost every day at my three jobs.

I placed an order on December 10th, 2017. I still to this day have not received the product and tried multiple times to contact them with no response.

After reading multiple reviews online I noticed lots of people complaining it took months to resolve if it got resolved at all. I also noticed several Revdex.com complaints against the company as well. I tried to contact them multiple times over the last few days with no response. They provide equipment for emergency service personnel. Long delay in receiving this potentially life saving equipment is unacceptable and the lack of response is extremely poor business practice for any company.

Desired Outcome

Complete refund. Additionally, as stated above no emergency service should have to wait months for potentially life saving equipment. If they can't delivery a product within a reasonable amount of time then delivery times should be stated on the website or product to inform consumers of the extended wait time.

I was finally contacted by the business and received a full refund.

Order placed in January 2018, still have not received anything to this date
I placed an order off the website in January 2018 and as of June 1, 2018 still have not received the products I ordered. I paid via Paypal and the money has come out of my account. I have tried numerous times to contact Sav a Jake via their website contact page will no response. I have also called the phone number listed on their website and left a message with a call back number and email and still no response. At this point I would just like to be refunded for my order. Thank you

No customer service and no communication! Scam Artists!!!
A month has gone by and I have not received the Kevlar axe holder I ordered. I tried communicating with the company via phone call, email and through a contact us form on their website over the course of a week with all receiving no response. What a shame and what a disgrace to the first responder community! All it would have taken to avoid a complaint was to update me of the order status! There are multiple complaints here on Revdex.com and Google, so it's not just me. This company seems to be scamming people by taking orders and never shipping items. Buy from more reputable First Responder vendors and save yourself the headache of trying to get your money back!

I order a 105-B Firefighter Halligan & Axe Marrying Strap on January 24, 2018. I never received this item. I have made several attempts to contact the company via email, website, and phone. But the company refuses to respond, send the item I paid for, or provide a refund.

We had previously issued a complaint against this company in fear that they had gone out of business. The company ceased communicating and we had not received our product in several months. I would like to retract our initial complaint after speaking with the company owner who explained the reason for the delays in their production. He explained that many of the delays were a result of the hurricane which hit the area in the fall of 2017. He is personally ensuring our order will ship and is taking personal accountability for the communication gaps that originally impacted my rating of this business.

I ordered 2 hose straps in March 2018, but like the others I have yet to receive any response via email on the status of my order and when I did to speak to the lady on the phone she said "Oh, I see your order here and it will go out today". Nothing. Disappointing and it sure looks like a complete fraud of a company. With serving First Responders who pride themselves on integrity and trust, you would think this company would embrace a similar work ethic and traits. Send me my items or please give me my money back.

In late December, 2017 , I placed an order for velcro straps through Savajake. This order has not been filled and my credit card has been charged.
The order was placed in late December, 2017. Savajake charged my credit card $112.48 for order #AB-XXXXX. The order is for two sets of velcro straps, one set larger size and one set extra large size. Neither product has been delivered as of 4/16/18. On Feb. 8, 2018, Stacey T. responded to my inquiry requesting delivery or refund as the order had not shipped in 6 weeks. Stacey, who indicates she is the vice president of Savajake, stated the delivery would be shipped in the next 10 business days. This has not happened, none of the order has been received. No response to voice mail messages requesting refund in the past week.

I ordered some equipment off their website and didn't hear anything from them for a month so I emailed them asking to cancel my order to which they didn't respond. I called them back-to-back for about half an hour until someone finally picked up. I asked what was going on and they said it would ship in a week, it didn't. I called back again and had to call back-to-back calls to get a response, when they finally picked up I talked to the owner and asked for a refund. He told me small business is hard and he can't be expected to communicate with all his clients.
He said he would refund my money in 48 hours, he didn't. I called and once more and told them I was taking them to small claims court, a couple hours later they refunded my money. The staff is rude and unhelpful, I was hung up on multiple times and they never responded to my emails or voice messages. I wish I could give zero stars. It feels like a scam company that just steals from people that don't wan't to hassle someone for a refund.

I have sent several emails and left several phone voicemails, to this date they have never responded to an email, I have had 2 responses from them after a voice mail, the first giving me a stock email about how they are busy and it is all hand made, the second telling me I would get a 15% refund. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since that email with no refund no product and no more correspondents. The communication from this company is horrendous, I own other products from them that also took long to get and I received the same stock email from them last time,the product is good but they are obviously not running the business side of this company very well.

I have received my product as of April 20th it took 3 1/2 months to fill my order. I did not receive the any discount as promised for the order being late. I would consider this complaint closed I need nothing further from this company.
