Hello again ***We are not deflecting blame on any party regarding this transactionWhen you sold us the [redacted] gift code, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions stating that if this gift code were to be unable to be used or incorrectly depleted of balance, then a takeback would be issue on your credit card for the value that we payed you for the card, plus a $processing feeAs the gift code was drained of balance without having any transactions associated with it, we issued the takebackAs we have received back the funds that we paid you for the card via the takeback that was processed, the gift card is owned by you and not usWhen you inquired to us about why this happened, we let you know the information that was provided to us by [redacted] regarding the lack of transaction history, and let you know that any further questions about the gift code should be addressed to ***, as you acquired it from them
