While the business may assume this is unwarranted and possibly petty, their lack of professionalism and incompetence has led us to this current situation. Lets not forget their failure to pay attention to details caused them to send me someone else's receipt who like me obviously never received their product or were unhappy. Sorry, I have digressed. This is beyond annoying to me as well as I am not used to dealing with businesses who lack a sense of urgency and could be best described as mediocre. I have contacted my bank. I have researched my account thoroughly. There has been no REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO GO BACK AND FORTH IF THERE WAS A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS SO HARD.  I KNOW THIS IS ANNOYING. I SEE THE SCREENSHOT, BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. IF THERE IS ANY WAY I CAN JUST STOP TALKING TO THEM DIRECTLY AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ELSE I WOULD. I PROMISE. I JUST WANT THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.

I am fine with exchanging the XXL Hoodie for a Medium Hoodie. The only issue no one can be reached at ###-###-#### to answer questions. Questions like is the return address [redacted]? Additionally, the one time I did get a gentleman on the phone he stated I would have to call once the merchandise was received to obtain a Merchandise Return Form. [I do Apologize for saying they ..you need to close. I spoke with my daughter and was informed that a tracking number had been sent to her. This tracking number was sent and the product allegedly was sent out on 2/**/16 which is past the 21dys mentioned on there page for delivery. I do have copy's of text and the email that was sent if ever needed.  I ordered on  1/**/16 after being told over the duration of 4wks and counting it was mailed to her. It was ordered on 1/**/16 and it's 2/**/16 and the product is still not in her hands. As a customer I feel my concerns and issues were not met by this company.   They seem not to have enough staff to accommodate the order(s ) they are receiving and  they say send emails ...they go un-answered, the voice mail is always full ...and they don't return calls but...will respond on Instagram or on this site for some reason. I will NEVER order from them and just wanted my money back and be done with them. I've called my bank already to start getting my money back...I'M OVER SERVE FRESH!]

She apologized for the hard time that I was having with receiving my merchandise and took action immediately I received a complimentary coupon code as well as a free shirt. I received the shirt that I ordered as well and it was of great quality and it exceeded my expectations. I received the merchandise on June [redacted]. [redacted] called me On June [redacted] to assure that I received my shirt and checked on the quality as well. I appreciate her for owning her business and making sure that I was in a good place

 There seems to be some confusion as to the reason for my complaint. I have resorted to contacting the Revdex.com because after receiving my order, the item did not fit as a typical Large would. After referring to your return/exchange policy, I printed out the form and mailed the item back for a preferable exchange. I am aware that you accommodate exchanges as available or store credit in the alternative. However, as you can see from the provided screenshot, the item has yet to be picked up, and my attempts to inquire about the status of the return have gone unanswered, even as I write this reply. The prerequisite to determine where you can accomodate a request for an exchange to comply with your exchange policy is that you receive the item. I have sent the item. I have contacted you about the item. I have waited 1 month for a resolution. I have waited a few weeks for a response to my inquiry. I have tried leaving comments on your social media accounts. I have continually checked the status of my package. I have yet to receive a reply. From everything I gathered from a quick google search, this business seems to reply to Revdex.com inquires better than my inquires to the provided customer service contact. The Revdex.com is the proper agency for an issue of this type. So for those reasons, I have chosen to use this venue to communicate. I will contact the provided customer services number, however, I think we can all agree that the first step here is to pick up my package, process the return form provided on your website, and determine whether the exchange can be accommodated.

ServedFresh never mentioned any "fraudulent activity" with my account.  The refund was honored AFTER I followed up with PayPal and Revdex.com.  Please see the attached screenshots.  Their response does not address the fact that they informed me the item would ship in 7-14 business days. Then, it became 7-18 business days. My order was placed on March *, 2016... Clearly exceeding the 7-18 business days. I was also informed that because of Easter, it would ship with tracking on March [redacted] or April [redacted]. Neither of those things happened. And instead of shipping my item, they just cancelled my order & issued a refund. Every week I contact customer service about when my item will be shipped, their automatic response is "next week". This company even resorts to telling customers their "address is wrong" to place the blame on the customer for not receiving the items they paid for. This "business" is unprofessional & poorly run. Some customers have ordered items since December 2015 & have yet to receive their items. They're lucky they have not been hit with a class-action lawsuit yet.
