Customer CONTINUED to express displeasure DESPITE addressing customer's concern.As a brand that operates with the utmost integrity, we cancelled customer's transaction and refunded customer immediatelyin full to AVOID further frustration from customer. Screenshot of refund confirmation attached.If patron cannot accept shipping terms clearly outlined prior to shopping with us nor respect production process of handmade items we prefer customer shop elsewhere.Unnecessary and nonsensical claims presented by customer exhibit customer's flippant attitude and disregard for company policy andforthright product/shipment information. Thank you for your response.I take umbrage with the mischaracterization of my intent to simply support this business and receive an update on the status of my order after waiting for an extended period of time. I simply set out to resolve this issue to the letter of their terms andconditions which state:“If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [redacted] as shipping times vary with product availability. “ –which is exactly what I did when I set out to contact customer service regarding the status of my order. Any reasonable person would have done the same.I am taken aback that in a professional commercial transaction that the seller would characterize my attempt to get the benefit of my bargain as emotional. When one buys an item using a credit card it is customary to receive the merchandise and inquirefurther for an update after a prolonged period of time and I merely set out to track down the merchandise. I simply wanted to follow to the letter their terms and conditions and support this business and they maligned my efforts to conclude my transaction which I find disappointing. After 14 days, I contacted customer service and received no response on the status of my order. I made a second attempt to contact customer service and my order was cancelled and refunded.With respect to their confusion and efforts to resolve my claim with a refund, to the best of my knowledge, my understanding was that I would not receive a refund, which is why I did not ask for one. Their terms andconditions state the following under  “Returns: No Refunds. Exchange credit only”. Even in my request to settle this claim I did not ask for a refund.In light of what is stated in their terms and conditions and contrary to customer services’ response, in no communication did I ask for a refund. I asked for an update on the status of my order, and they concluded to resolve my request with a refund.I would have been perfectly OK, if customer service would have responded to my last two inquiries and provided me with an additional update as we surpassed the three week period per their terms and conditions. It did not matter to me, after waiting a month, when I would receive my merchandise because my expectations were lowered from the prolonged wait. Customer service could have informed me that my merchandise would not arrive for an additional two months; I then would have had an idea ofwhen to expect the delivery which would have been OK. Again, I simply sought out to support this business, my only intent and goal. I inquired about the status of my merchandise which per their terms and conditions never shipped as I would have been notified via Pay Pal in an email. I placed my order on June[redacted].In conclusion, in the best interest of my time, I do not plan to pursue this matter further and will accept my refund and this matter, resolved. In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

It has been since 1/**/2016.  Served Fresh got the information that they requested and said that they would ship the hoodie out in 48 hours.  It has been almost a week and  a half and nothing has been shipped to me or have they given me a tracking number.  I have tried calling and emailed them with no response again.

Hello,We are unclear why customer filed an unnecessary Revdex.com claim for this item.Customer's order reflects as being shipped and delivered in the timeframe specified on our website at the time of purchase.Per our Terms & Conditions, we are not responsible for packages misplaced by the post offices....

 On March *,2016 I filed this complaint. I was contacted by Ethan at servedfresh within a few hours of my complaint. He attempted to apologize for the company's customer service. He explained that one of my items had shipped and that my other item would ship within the next week. I was offered an additional item for my troubles and given a different email to use for communication. Ethan informed me that he checks this email himslef. On March **, I sent an email requesting an update on my order. To date, I have not received a response.
 Servedfresh communicated to the Revdex.com that my purchase was flagged for fraud. However, this was never communicated to me. I allowed the Revdex.com to close my original complaint because I was assured that my remaining item would be shipped. It has now been more than 30 days and I have not received my item from the company and I have not received a response to my email communication to Ethan. This company has terrible customer service and shows no urgency in getting customer's their items. They are however concerned with their reputation, but not enough to keep their word.

 I don't understand why the company is now deciding to NOT ship a hat, when on September [redacted] I was told that they would. Someone stole my package, the package was insured for up to $50 which I have discussed with customer service over the past couple of months. I have been patient, and you all did say as a one time courtesy that you would replace my hat. If the hat is not being replaced, then I would like a refund.  I have received a response from the business saying that my order is not in stock and that it has been cancelled. I still haven't received a refund from them. They did not mention anything about me receiving a refund in the email that I received from them. That's all I want to resolve this matter.

 I have attempted to contact them directly many times and no one returns my phone call. My return would have been within a timely matter if someone actually responded to me. It took OVER a month to receive my merchandise and then the merchandise I received had a cut tag on it with a stamp in place of the tag. There was missing detail that was shown online that was not on the sweatshirt. I have complained online on their social media and my comments were deleted and never responded to. No one reached out to me after inspecting the merchandise to tell me there was a disagreement. Last contact I had with their customer service, after looking up my order, I was told to expect a credit within 2-3 days which never happened.

I have been trying to contact this company by email, phone , and social media since September [redacted] 2016. They have refused all attempts to to be contacted. The Post office has also tried to contact them in regards to the package missing and then sitting unclaimed for over a month in New York. They never bothered to respond. I made this order as a gift back in early September .  We are now in November. I am not willing to pay more money to receive an item I paid in full for 48 days ago. They have serious customer service issues and refuse to acknowledge complaints. Their response is to delete them off social media as to not make future customers aware of their poor business practices. Its is not acceptable to take someones money and never give them their product. The product is NOT custom. It is a generic st that anyone can order from sizes available. They often broadcast what sizes are available its is not a made to order ot made just for me item.  Based on other Revdex.com complaints I know that this business does issue refunds. I have already signed a fraud affidavit with the bank as well as visa. I m in the process of contacting the FTC . It is not ok to take someones money and give them nothing in return and refuse to return contact .  According to the FTC in most cases a business should not take payment prior to shipping and my payment was taken now 49 days ago. Keeping my money is not an option and I am not giving you another dollar . I am attaching the 9/** 10/** emails asking for help. I am including the tracking information showing the package was sent to a wrong city and zip then they show even on their screen shot and has been sitting their unclaimed since early OctoberI am attaching another customer complaint of the same issues. I have others if needed to show this is a normal practice for this company . Taking the money. No product . No communication.I haven't heard the excuse for the failure to respond since September. As expressed in the previous response, once it was brought to out attention that there was a risk of fraud you were contact via email to verify that you were authorized to use the card on file. We did not receive a response hence the delay for the other item. We are more than happy to issue you a refund for the cost of shirt as the shipping was used for the first item. They are full of it, they finally decided to reach out AFTER my social media posts and complaint to Revdex.com. However, they have offered to reimburse me with a check that should arrive, according to their "supervisor" within 3-4 business days.
