I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved Good Afternoon,Like I said in my emails and my initial complaint, all you guys do is lieMy package was never sent until today, that is why my tracking info all of sudden existsYou sent my tracking information to me on the 8th of June but when I would go to track my package, no information existedAll it said on the *** website was shipping information was sent to ***, which means you printed the shipping label so that it would generate my auto response shipping emailOn Jun **, I asked for a refund since I never received the shirts you said were sent on * June, response attachedOn June *** I received a response telling me you were investigating the missing items, I again asked to cancel my order and issue a refundOn June *** I received a response telling me my order was cancelled and should receive my refund within hrsStill no package, no refundSo, today not only have I not received my refund, order been cancelled, or received my products but now my items are on the way??? I will wait until Monday and see if this actually happens being that I started this entire nightmare Apr **, All email correspondence attached.*** ***

At this point I want nothing but my money back including the shipping cost! I will not be spending anymore of my money towards this so called company so I will keep the defective XL tee shirt but I want my money back for the medium tee shirt I ordered including the shipping cost which was $10 making it a total of $50 refunded to me! The company never notified me about the different addresses on the credit cards! Both addresses are mine by the way.  The second address is my mothers home which I get everything deliver to her address because I'm never home! It disgust me that they want to make me look like I'm a fraud! I had made several attempts via email and voicemail to check status on my order and never received a response till now that I got the Revdex.com involved.. If they thought I was commuting credit card fraud, why were they so quick to charge my card and not report me?!? They just took my money and didn't send my item!! All in all.  Please Refund me my $50 for the medium tee I never received and the shipping costs!!! Thank you

Hello,Once again we are completely bewildered by the comments from this customer.Based on our records, this item has already been delivered (see attached for delivery confirmation).The [redacted] Tracking Number was emailed to the  customer on three separate occasions to allow access to this information.Our Terms & Conditions policy also states NO REFUNDS as all items are created custom for each shopper after purchase.This customers comments and responses are a clear indication the customer did not read any of the information readily availableon our website prior to placing their order.Perhaps if they had they would not have made an inauthentic claim or expressed any concerns at all.Kind regards,ServedFresh™

We are completely bewildered as to why this customer filed a claim with this bureau.As per the item description we attached to this correspondence, this item was scheduled to ship within 3-4 weeks due to high demand.Additionally our Terms & Conditions (also attached) clearly state items ship within 7-21 days not including holidays and/or weekends when post offices are closed.In any event, this item has already been shipped and the [redacted] Tracking Information was emailed to the address on file.It is unfortunate that customer's who do not fully read our shipping schedule are allowed file these claims andtax our resources to address.Kind Regards,ServedFresh™

 There was no blatant disregard or lack of respect for their shipping policy. The initial email stated if I had not received the item in 3 weeks to email them. When I did they told me the shirt had been shipped and that I was sent a tracking number. When I did not receive the shirt I checked the site and it stated "unfulfilled" in regards to the items status. I Want it to be clear that it was not my lack of patience; they blatantly lied with no intention on giving me a refund. These type of business practices are not ok. I would like them to take ownership of that in addition to me receiving a full refund

This would be okay if I just did my refund. I was supposed to get a refund months ago. I would like to get an electronic refund because of the time this has taken. This is not okay. $80 is a lot of money fro a college kid so the fact that I took the time and money to buy this sweatshirt that I really wanted and am being treated like this is really upsetting. I simply want my money back. You can send me it via Paypal or my debit/credit card I just want my money back.
