 The order just shipped on 10/**/17. I contacted the business several times before this date to advise I no longer wanted the product, but that I was requesting a refund. After 3 months of waiting for a response and no effective communication with the company, I don't want the product.

The response from the business is incorrect I waited the requested time from the original email after three order was placed.  After allowing that time I sent slither follow up and was advised my order would ship the following week due to the delay.  It has now been another 2 weeks since that response and the order still has not shipped.  Advising the product will ship shortly is the same response I've been receiving for an order placed 2 months ago. How is that acceptable if you can't fulfill orders wait until you have the product is very simple. No one should wait 2 months for an item that wasn't specially ordered.  NOT ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE!!!!

The claim was filed because no one responded to emails that were sent. I was told the replacement would be shipped within 24-48 hours (September [redacted]) and require a signature, I went out of my way to make arrangements to be home. We discussed this, and I have all 25+ emails to prove this. This was almost 2 months ago, I always allowed the 24-48 hours required for a response. I waited weeks and received no response. How else was I to get in contact with the company? I have years of experience in customer service, and this is very unfair to customers. There are many complaints about how you all treat your customers. I've shopped here before and had a perfect experience. I'm not sure what has occurred to cause these type of issues. If you all are not willing to replace it, I would like to get my money back. I didn't receive the product. And after coming to an agreement to fix this issue, no one followed up. That's not my fault.

Served Fresh only contacted me after I posted my displeasure with their services on a social media site. I was informed that they did not receive a package that I returned to them via [redacted] on 1/**/2016 until 3/*/16. Eventhough I sent proof that I received confirmation from [redacted] that the package was delivered BEFORE that date. Their issue was with [redacted] not me. I just checked my mailbox from the conversation that we had on  3/*/16 and I still have NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND!!! Also they have not communicated back with me after [redacted] stated that he will keep me informed on how this issue will be resolved.
