ServedFresh has never sent me any items! When I spoke with their rep Elijah, he stated that it seems my items were shippedThat is impossible because in an email that they sent, they wrote "when your items are shipped, we will send you a tracking number"(I have attached the email as documented evidence) I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL:Giving me my tracking numberI also never received an email telling me which carrier would be delivering my products***The link above is the federal trade commissions rules on being billed for merchandise you never recievedServedFresh has violated some of these rules, especially since I have not received a refund within seven days.Also, since Served Fresh CLAIMS that there were failed attempts to make payments on December ** 2015, they should have notified me to verify that I was making this purchaseThey did not!

Hello,Based on our records customer's account of what transpired is inaccurate.Customer received first item along with letter informing customer of back-order status of second item.Customer expressed no concernsCustomer proceeded to comment negatively via Social Media (repeatedly) although

I will respond to customer service for the 10th time as instructedPlease check your email and make this high priority since this has gone on for well over a month now Hopefully I will get a response back from someone vsan automated response stating more time is needed to resolve this matter like the last email sent(BTW your team never got back to me even though the last email stated that hours were needed to resolve the issue which was last week!) This is why I am going through Revdex.com vscommunicating with a team that doesn't have the consideration to respond back I will not close this case with Revdex.com until there is a response back and the funds are placed back on the credit cardI am giving the merchant hours to "investigate" and get back to me otherwise I will continue communication with Revdex.com You might want to investigate why someone from your team communicated and confirmed that this was indeed never shipped which is accurate information.

I'm concerned that the business has now come up with or reasons as to why I have not received my orderThe first reason was that they had shipped it and that *** had it, that was a lie, they JUST shipped it AFTER I complained to the Revdex.com and complained on social mediaThe second, was that my address was "incomplete", that was also a lieThe third, was "mid level fraud" due to inconsistencies with my cards billing address and what inputted on the websiteAnother lieOddly enough, they used that same "m I'd level fraud" excuse with another patronNow, the business has sent me ONE of the shirts I orderedI am still awaiting the last shirtWhich is a size 3x long sleeve Sade shirtIf they are unable to fulfill that order then I want a refund for that shirt.

Hello,We received email correspondence from *** expressing concern and frustration for non-receipt of an order.As a company that prides itself on integrity, customer service and communication, we were bewildered by his anger as we expressed through various channels that DUE TO HIGH DEMAND SHIPMENT
