I worked with Eric V and I felt very comfortable after our first phone call. Eric always kept me up to date through out the loan process and would get back to right away if I had any questions or issue's. Eric and Secure One Capital was a great experience and Eric was extremely professional and attentive to whatever I needed. It was a fast and easy experience and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice. I spoke with several other lenders through the process but felt this was the right company for me. I highly recommend both Eric and Secure Capitol One.

We had the pleasure of working with Fadi M during our refi. He made the process smooth and easy by being very transparent, honest and extremely responsive. At first, I was a little skeptical working with him but over time, he proved that he was there to help and his full intention was to place our financial situation in a better position than what we were in currently. For this, I am eternally grateful that he was able to assist us and better a financial needs. I would recommend Fadi to anyone that is looking for a rep that is pleasant, honest and easy to work with.
One con - this would be the process towards the end of our refi. Having to work with the Title company was a bit of a nightmare! *** was terrible from signing docs all the way to issuing checks/payments. Our Escrow Manager was Deanna B and she never once responded my phone calls regardless how urgent it was. She only responds to emails and even with that, her response was not satisfactory. Her customer service lacked personability, accommodations and understanding. She was far from being flexible or wanting to extend help. As I right this, we still have some unresolved situations that requires her attention!
I give Fadi M at Secure One Capital a 5 star however, due to the unpleasant experience with the Title Company, I can only give a 4 star.

Austin B at Secure One helped me do 2 refinances and every time he was keeping up to date. He made the processes smooth and never pushed me in any way. He took the time to explain any concerns and always gave me the pros and cons. He would respond to my text even when I send them at night. If you need someone that will walk your though the refinance process and give you options and not push you to make decisions he is the person to go to.

I am so glad I deal with Bryan R, Jay R and Janene S. They did an awesome job with refinancing. I had apply for other big companies like loan depot and American Finance in Colorado. But unfortunately they couldn't approve my loan they said my debt ratio was above the level, I have good credit but still those lender couldn't figure it out. I am glad a mail send to me from secure one so I thought of giving it a third chance and they knew what they are doing and figure out a great deal for me.
