Secure One Capital

We used Secure One recently to refinance for a lower rate. The process went very smooth. Austin B was as professional and responsive as it gets. I would use them again and would recommend using them if you are looking for great rates.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. We received an unsolicited letter with our information on it saying they could lower our mortgage rate. We realized that this was an outside company but wanted to hear them out. We went through the whole process of countless phone calls, providing information, sending in paperwork, (w2's, mortgage statements etc) and Moustafa told us he could refinance us and pay off our bills and give us cash. We were all ready to sign and everything was just about to go to the underwriters when we got a call stating we owed too much on our mortgage. Isn't this something he should have checked out FIRST??? This is not the way you do business. He then said he would see what else he could do and we haven't heard from him since then. Then to top it off, I think they sold our phone number to other unscrupulous companies because we have been getting bombarded with calls to refinance from other companies. It's so frustrating and so unprofessional.

I am very happy with my experience with Secure One Capital. Everyone I came in contact was very professional and easy to work with. A big thank you to Austin B! Austin was amazing throughout the whole process. I know how hard it is to keep up with so many clients but the way he did his job I felt like I was his only client and I appreciated it greatly! He always answered my questions in a professional and a timely manner. Austin B is a name to remember.

Christian and his team did a great job. We really appreciated the responsiveness to email and our calls. The refinance process is already a bit nerve racking so to have that kind of attentiveness was a welcome relief.

I have refinanced a number of times over the past 20 years or so. Some experiences were better for me than others. Secure One Capital - and my agent, Blake W, in particular - could not have been better for me. The process was speedy, thorough, and very pleasant. Blake listened closely to my initial questions, apprehensions and goals for my refinance and he was able to deliver on ALL of these. It felt more like Blake was my ally and supporter throughout this process than anything else. The other staff involved in my case were also quick, helpful, courteous and dependable. I am amazed at how well this process went for me, how quickly I was able to get every last detail completed.................just amazing.

When shopping companies for my refi I settled on Secure One Capital. I was totally satisfied. Austin B was the individual that I worked with. And what a pleasure it was. This young man is a true professional. He talked to me like a friend would and kept me updated thru the entire process. Sometimes hour by hour even on weekends and late in the evening. After receiving a letter in the mail from Austin B, of Secure One Capital Corporation, I implemented an investigative call regarding the possibility of a refinance for our home. I was greeted with an extremely pleasant & energetic call. Austin very patiently listened to my husband’s & my situation, which is not optimal based on debt to income parameters, but very good regarding Credit Scores. Austin was able to provide the best advice I could ever ask for, versus other companies being very judgmental regarding our dilemma. You see, my husband was struck with a serious disability in the last two years. This has caused us to incur a lot of debt to accommodate his needs and remodel our home to make it safe. Through Austin’s kindness, knowledge, professionalism, diligence and hard work, he was able to work out an extraordinary refinance for Russell and I. His has been a gift to us. Due to a misstep, the process took longer than I hoped for but time frame was understandable. There were a lot of steps that seemed extra and made it more difficult than the original home loan,which is just enough to keep it from being five stars for us. That being said we are happy with the results. More impressive overall was the customer service provided by Austin B. He kept in constant communication and was quick to answer all my many questions in a very timely manner. We do recommend Secure One Capital.

Regarding Refinancing our Home with Austin B at Secure One Capital:
I have personally spent my entire life in the customer service industry. The last 20 years being in call center management and quality assurance. I will say that my initial perception of Austin was that he must be young and of little experience. However, throughout this entire, what should have been lengthy process, he has proven to be one of the best in his field! He was able to provide the interest rate we required which is lower than any of the other companies were able to! He minimized the length of this process by being an absolute perfectionist in the areas of diligence and efficiency. He was available at anytime, within a few minutes. That is, if we needed to do anything at all. He truly bent over backwards. Whether it be by phone, text, or email, Austin has accomodated us in any method we have required and expeditiously. Even though this process is complete, he continues to answer any questions and provide the same expedited service! Austin's customer service skills are impeccable!
