Arren and the team he worked with were consummate professionals and worked hard to get my loan processed. I received phone calls before and after I needed to provide information to help process my loan. Everything worked according to the process that was explained. I even received a follow up courtesy call after the loan had closed thanking me for the opportunity to be of service to me.
Bruce E was very professional as was his team. Job was completed in a timely manner and I highly recommend him and Secure One Capital.

After looking at their ratings and talking to the sales team we decided to refinance with them. The interest rate was great and the process seemed easy. Now it has been two months, lots of excuses and we have still not closed. If you do choose to use them, make sure you have plenty of time and patience.
Jared and Rick were professional, courteous, and informative. I received phone calls before and after I needed to provide information to help process my loan. My husband and I decided to refinance our house. In doing so, we first encountered Nicole H who began the initial process. Her demeanor, kindness and overall knowledge was impressive. Austin was great. He always answers my calls and questions.
Basilio Castillo at Secure One Capital truly helped me out of a bind when I refinanced my home a few months ago. My wife and I have student loans under IBR repayment and we tried multiple lenders that told us they couldn't (or more like the wouldn't) do anything about the situation. Luckily, I came across Basilio and he absolutely went to bat for us.
When I first spoke to Basilio, I told him many of the lenders we approached told us they couldn't use our reported IBR monthly payments because they were too low. Basilio immediately said that didn't sound right and pulled up student loan guidelines from Fannie Mae to support his argument with underwriting. Just as I was getting ready to hand the towel, it all went through. Thank you Basilio!

I was very happy with the service. I requested to have my refinance completed very quickly and it was done. Rate was locked and got the refinance done in 4-5 weeks. Everyone I talked to was friendly and my agent followed up with me every few days, even if there was nothing new to report at the time.
I would like to personally thank Bruce E, for all his help during the loan process. I have worked with Bruce and Secure One corporation several times and appreciate their hard work and dedication. The first loan I got through them was after several attempts with other lenders, but nobody could work with me with my credit score. Secure One Capital not only met my needs for the loan, but put me into a loan that met my immediate needs and also paved the way for my credit score to improve quite significantly.
