Worst experience ever!! I have refinanced in the past and had far better experiences with other companies! James M and Bryan R were the ones that handled our refinance and everything was going ok until we had our appraisal. We paid $550.00 for the appraisal and after the value came back all my husband and I got was the runaround! Bryan said that the underwriter was backed up so she had to put our file on hold until the end of February. But we had already been waiting over a month it was getting ridiculous!!! Then Bryan claimed that James and upper management were looking into this but we never got any response back from either one!! Both Bryan and James never returned our emails or phone calls!! They completely left us hanging and we felt taken advantage of because we paid for the appraisal! Dont waste your time with this company they are terrible!!!

My name is Claude S.I had some difficulties,to refinance my house located in Florida.when I contacted Jared from secure one Capital corp.the process was going easy and quick. .I encourage everyone to have business with Him.they gonna see a quick result.

Worst experience of our lives. We first contacted rick albrecht a couple months ago looking for a cash out refinance. (I explained to him due to severe plumbing issues in our home that we only bought 2 years ago we had to dump over $40,000 into repairs) after some discussion, rick told us our home should appraise for enough to pay off over $700 a month in bills, give us a $2000 cash refund, $1100 in escrow refund and be able to hold 2 future payments for about a $1200 mortgage payment (interest rate going from 3.625 to 5%). Amazing right? WRONG! So wrong! For starters the house appraised for much less then we anticipated (not ricks fault I know) but we were promised that we could still pay off 2 cards, receive $1500 cash back and $1100 back in escrow with a new mortgage of $1014. All said and done we got those two cards paid off. But DID NOT receive any cash back, only $760 in escrow, and only got to hold 1 future payment. Rick never informed us that in order to hold 2 months payments we had to purposely not make January’s, he never informed us we were not receiving money back till after we signed. And now, a week before our first payment is due it is not $1014 a month, but $1181! We will NEVER due business with with rick or his company again I urge everyone to look elsewhere! You are only gaining a temporary solution to a now 30 year problem.

Secure One Capital came through on every promise.
We started our refinance in the 2nd week of December and closed before year end, as promised. We were able to completely remove all of our debt (Credit Cards, ETC.), as promised. Our monthly mortgage payment is now lower, as promised. Khashi Ti is a true professional who is still able to accurately communicate details and explain processes in ways that anyone can understand. I was never overwhelmed by the procedures and documentation because Khashi T was able to, patiently and distinctly, talk me through all of my questions and the things I didn't understand. I just refinanced my home with Secure One Capital Corp and my Loan Officer was Elmer L; He was outstanding in processing my loan expeditiously, it took about 3 weeks before I actually closed on my loan. Elmer ensured that I understood the process of my loan, he walked me through all of my documents and was always available whenever I had any questions. Elmer needed documentation from one particular creditor on my behalf, he told me how to handle the call with the creditor because they were giving me the run around about a settlement letter, thanks to Elmer I was able to get what I needed through his expert guidance. The big plus was I did not have to pay any up front cost for the appraisal or the termite report; they both were scheduled by Elmer in the first week.
