Sekure Merchants are wonderful! Our relationship manager Neil C*** is outstanding and always very helpful

I signed on with Secure Merchant in late August to process my credit card paymentsI have processed more than payments since 9/*, and only a few have been processed into my bank accountMore than $in credit card payments due to me have not been processedThe company continues to call me (different people) and they start resolution claim tickets, but as of 9/there is no resolution, and the money has not been sent to my business account

I would recommended that you were a good asset the the companyI have never received such fine treatment like that in a long time

I am writing this performance review for Jamie-L** *** Jamie-L** is always friendly and courteous on the phoneIf have a question or a concern she is very knowledgeable about Sekure Merchants and either answers me while we are on the phone, or via e-mail or phone within a couple of hours I would highly recommend Jamie-L** to be a Senior Relationship Manager to another client looking for a Merchant Services representative

Worst Experience I've ever had with a credit card companyThey promised me cheaper rates then my current processor, that was a LIE! When I called to talk about the rates they put me on hold for over an hourAfter waitng for an entire hour with no one answering the phone because "they are experiencing hifger than call volume" I decide I wanted to close my accountWe'll here is is a week and a half later and they refuse to close my accountAfter going back and forth with one Jamie-Lee C*** her excuse is and I quote " I had to request it from North American Bancad, the processorIt will be sent to you as soon as they draft it up"How long does it take to draft up a simple cancellation letter? I asked to cancel my account on March *** and as of March *** my account is still open and being debitedThis has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they could care less about small business owners like myself

This company has been soliciting KRN via phone on a daily basis They have called us seven times in the last days The first person who called stated I was supposed to send him a copy of our Merchant Statement At no time did I ever tell any representative from Sekure Cost Review that I would send them this information
Every time they call we ask them to stop calling as we are not interested in their services They continue to call and refuse to remove our phone number from their solicitation list The last person I spoke with was "Ben" He is now asking to speak with the owner of KRN The owner does not want to speak with Ben since I am the main point of contact for our company's merchant account

A very user friendly credit card merchant company that does much more
We are very pleased as a small theatre company to have SMS on our sideThey got us good low rates and they added *** card to our accepted cards, which we previously didn't have
Customer service people like Gary Aare an asset to the company, patient, good listeners, and they thoroughly explain everything that might need to be explained, no pushy sales stuff

When we started business with Sekure Merchant is was rather rocky, but Jamie has always been there to help smooth it outWhen ever there was an issue she took personal responsibility for it and resolved the matter in a professional and competent mannerThank you!!!

This company contacted our small business today saying that they review our merchant services rates to ensure we are receiving the lowest rate possibleThey mentioned something about *** and *** going up recently, which did not happen with us, and it honestly sounded like they were trying to make me concerned that we were paying more without our knowledge and that they could helpThe woman who initially called asked to fax me information about it, to which I said fine, and she put me on hold for a momentThen a guy picked up and asked me to send a copy of our merchant services statementI told him no, I did not want to give that information and that if I have any concerns with our services I'll take up that up directly with our processor and he began sounding annoyed that I was not cooperatingHe said this is an analysis that the company offers and they work with many banks/processors to do this service every 3-months, yet in years, we've never heard of themI ended up having to hang up on him because he wouldn't stop talking, trying to convince me to go along with itSounds very fishy

Very helpfulWe had a large transaction that needed attention and they were very attentive and took care of the situation in a timely manorWe appreciate them

I have been processing through NAB since 05/** There have been the events that are frustrating All processors have different glitches My experience with NAB has been better than with other processors I have used over the last years This is because I have a real person, with a direct phone line, I can call Stephanie, my representative, is great about answering my call When she is busy, she always returns my call quickly There are times when she does not have the answer She simply gets someone on the phone with us, who does She also has a great attitude I have a lot of fun with her on the phone while we get my problem solved I try not to be hard to get along with Stephanie does the same This type of help should be rewarded Since I give all my money to NAB, I can't reward her for her help Stephanie deserves a raise

My colleagues and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from the call list of Sekure Merchant Solutions, and they clearly have not done soToday, the representative went so far as to transfer me to someone within their organization who "processes analysis reports" of our Visa/MC transactionsI told him politely we are not interested, at which time he became irate, accusing me of "not wanting money" and that he would "contact my boss" and tell him I refused a check into our processesOur credit card transactions are not this company's business, and as a medical-related field, our patients deserve and receive secure, confidential processing per Federal HIPAA regulations
I hope to never receive another call from this company, but can't trust that they'll remove us from their call lists

This company has called me several timesSheila is very rude and will not take no for an answerI have told them several times I am not interested and to stop calling me but they continue to callNow it is up to several times a day! They said they are with my merchant bank (which is a lie) and that if I send them all of my merchant card statements they could save me money on my merchant feesAgain, I have told this company several times no and to stop callingThey now have called me from several numbers including ###-###-#### and ***
I also believe this is a scam for id theftMy statements have my account numbers and my customers as well

This company has contacted our church to attempt to solicit their servicesWe have repeatedly asked them not to contact us and to remove us from their listDuring a recent call, the representative refused to remove our contact information from their list and kept trying to solicit his services and request corporate information from usIt was not until I asked to speak to a supervisor that I receive some resolve
