She answers my questions and explains things in a way that I can understand and is incredibly timely about responding I get the sense that she really cares and takes the time to make sure I am taken care of I'll can tell you with confidence that I really like working with this company and I love that I have someone (Samantha S***) in my corner

Our SeKure Merchant support team is amazingEveryone of them and particularly the Relationship Manager, we deal with him most often, is each familiar with our business, our set up, what we need in the daily reports and the sort of issues we have had historically (client, connectivity, all sorts, when I say issues, I do not lay blame at their door) But each member of our team is friendly, always prompt to reply and get whatever we need taken care of or to simply provide the information requestedWhen we need to work with the techs they call in for us and stay on the line - this is a terrific help and always makes things better for us and the techsI write this Review because there is nothing else I can do to support the team that does so much to support us in an area of our business that is important and does it so well

This review is a + and -I left merchant because the sales staff could not provide the correct equipment for our phones which in turn costs us more money in buying our own adapters and rate increase having to key all sales in Also to days in holding funds before depositing into our bankThis is why we leftBut in leaving work with a professional person by the name of Michael McGrath who had the misfortune of taking over the account after a transfer He was professional, did the fact checking and corrected errors I believe that if we had had someone like him in the beginning we would still be with the company Note the equipment does not work with a case on the phonesI would have them send the equipment out before you sign with them

We want to be put on the Do Not Call List! Quit calling and harassing my staff!

This company has also been calling us repeatedly with the same bogus promises and requests already reported, I see where the business replies say that's not how they do business but it obviously is, instead of denying claims on here why don't you take some action and correct the people doing thisI even just got an email after telling a rep I was not now or ever interestedat this point I don't care if they would process for free I wouldn't use this company that likes to bully people into giving up info they don't even need
