I have been harassed consistently from Rick CruiseHe calls a few times a day wanting my credit card/merchant information to analyze our spending and try and get us lower rates (he states.) He started off being nice about it but then was consistently calling and I kept telling him that I am not interested and to stop callingHe was so pushy and just wouldn't stopWhen I would finally hang up on him and demand that he stop calling, he would immediately call backI ended up having to ignore his calls and have my fellow employees try to get him to stop calling and that I was not interested in doing business with themThis went on for weeks every single day!
I do not wish to have any further communication from him nor this company and I would advise against ANYONE doing any type of business with them!

Someone contacted me from Sekure Cost Review and they WOULD NOT take no for an answer Rude, arguing that in the time I took to say No, I could have emailed her my merchant receipts ###-###-#### was the number they called from TOTALLY unprofessional and a waist of my time

I have been working with Karen Siewdass for months now She is always very responsive, caring and provides the utmost excellent service I have ever encountered She never gives up on her excellent customer service
She is always willing to work with us on issues and her response time is excellent If she does not get an email back from me She personally calls me to check in with me and follows up with vendors on our behalf
All in all I could want a more attentive and compassionate customer service representative
Karen is superb and provides the BEST customer service I could ever want

Sekure Merchants has been a pleasure to deal with and I cannot say that about most of the merchant card providers we have worked with My account repTiffany Ggot back very quickly with me on a recent request It was addressed in a timely manner I like that I am not just passed on to an available rep

They called on wanted me to sent them a statement from by present processor (credit card)I told them I would when I got a chanceFrom that time on we have been receiving to calls a day from different phone numbers wanting us to HURRY UP and get them our informationI / we do not want to be any business relationship with these pushing peopleThey should train their sales people to be polite and patientI would have gave them a chance, until they would not stop calling and e-mailingPlease have them remove our phone number and e-mail address

We have an individual keep calling us over and over to try to get us to give them a trialWe keep saying no for our reasonsThey keep insisting they are the better rate that our current providerThey might be they might not be, however when a sales person curses at your and about your boss over the phone that is not the type of company that I want to go into business withCustomer service should be a representation of your company culture and that conversation made me very upsetNo I will not be giving me business to this companyWe have never had someone curse over the phone we we told them noSorry but no that is not okPlus they have been super pushing for over a yearWe are not interested leave us alone

This company has called my residence in violation of the "Do Not Call" laws of Florida and The US I have looked on line and have seen a number of complaints about this practice

I received a call from Sekure Merchant SolutionsRepeatedly I asked who they represented and the lady kept saying they worked for VISA, MasterCard, banks, etc and she was not selling anything, but refused to answer my questions Finally I hung up, and could not believe that they redialed my number four more times immediately because they could not accept "NO" The last call was from a man, as though I would be impressed or intimidated into complying We are a business and I had to answer all the calls not knowing who may be calling Why is this business (scam) not shut down!?!

Sekure Merchants is always easy to contact, they will help you every step of the way if you ever have an issue, I rarely have had issues with this merchantThe relationship manager I am assigned is always helpful and has given me a lot of solutions for my company

This company calls my work quite a few times per yearI repeatedly tell them we are not interested in what they're offering and to please remove us from whatever list they have us onI've stopped answering the phone when I see their name come up as they've called right back when I've told them we aren't interestedWhen I see them on Caller ID now I just quickly pick up and hang up the phone

One of the best companies we have worked withExtremely efficient and on top of things at all timesDoes not rely solely on e-mails for communicationActually make phone calls and talks to you to make sure everything is as expectedAlways goes the extra mile

My relationship manager Leila has been a big help to us since we joined recently and I as usual am at a total loss at something new
She has walked me thru and always been there to answer questions as simple as they may be
I am very grateful for her speedy response and knowledge to help me out

Nothing is ever perfect but anytime we have had a problem they have always been quick to resolve any issues Our rep (even when they have changed) has handled things great for us and is always easy to get in contact with

I would like to say that Stephanie is wonderful and we are very happy with our service We are all set up and everything has gone very smoothly I had one issue when we first signed, but it was handled efficiently and to our utmost satisfaction
