I was contacted by two different people The first person contacted me at 9:am this morning She transferred my call to Jordan K I listened politely for a few minutes Told him I didn't have time, I was doing payroll He kept talking Asked me to send a copy of the merchant statement Told him I don't get the statements only settlement reports Told him our volume was too low to matter with this He insisted I sent a settlement report and emailed me to scan it to him (I did not) or fax Gave me a different fax than on email (didn't fax it either) This is too suspicious for me He sent me email request at 9:a.mfor information Jordan called at 2:pm again today saying he hasn't received the email I told him I didn't get to it yet3:pm today I emailed him back my refusal to send any information and requested no more contact

I have been getting calls from this company daily for several weeksI finally picked up and encountered a belligerent sales representative that began the conversation by asking questions about my business, rather than announcing his company and his reason for callingWhen I asked what the call was concerning he kept repeating "does your business accept credit card payments"He stated this over and over as I asked him why I was receiving the callEven if this is a legitimate business, I'd never work with someone who uses such rude and invasive methods of extracting information from total strangers

Over the past year or so, I have had the pleasure of working with Samantha S***, our relationship manager at Sekure Merchant Solutions Not only does she reach out to me periodically, just to make sure things are going well with our day to day credit card merchant account, but she is always available when I have a question or concern She is highly professional, and extremely personable and friendly We have been with Sekure Merchant Solutions for a few years now, and I have been impressed with everyone I've dealt with along the way In particular, however, MsS*** is my person She is on the ball, and all it takes is an email or a phone call, and she is right there, ready to assist In the day to day business world, her enthusiasm in helping is rare She makes doing business with this company a pleasure

I would like to compliment Jamie-L** *** with Sekure Merchant Solutions Whenever I have a rate off, or b**n charged in error, Jamie-L** is able to quickly correct the discrepancy and apply credits to my account She is always striving to get me the best rate and options for our account

Spoke to Nathan this morning and he went over charges and I understand a little bit moreEasy to talk to and he listens,very helpful and assured me will help any time needed

Our company is going through a change of banks and Laura B*** was very helpful throughout the process She explained what we needed to do and had everything done for me as quickly as possible I really appreciated all of her help - she was great!!!

As a Dr.'s office, we are quite busy sometimes and don't have enough time for technical issues to happenRecently, there was a big problem with the credit card machine that we use daily and we had to call the company and see if there was something that could be doneWe were answered by Dexter and she has honestly helped us with everything, not only did she expedite a replacement of the credit card machine but she stayed on the phone 40+ minutes with our staff to make sure that everything was up to date and runningWe are so appreciative of all your hard work Dex! I have been working with Sekure Merchants for just under a year and have to say I have had great service We had so many issue with our last credit card company company that when I got the call from Sekure I thought it could not hurt to see what you had to offer I am very happy that I listen to the sales pitch because it has been a great switch First of all it was an effortless transition and the service since I switched has been wonderfulStephanie L*** is the rep for my account Whenever I have a question or need assistance she has always been available It is great that I can call one person and they know what to do right away With the other credit card company I would have to go through a phone system and sit on hold and then when I did talk to someone they knew nothing about my account

Ignored that our business has been on the do-not-call-list for yearsThey use a spoofed phone number that make them appear to be localI talked to AnnabelleWhen I informed her that we were on the do-not-call list she promptly hung up
Any company that ignores the do-not-call-list, and does not use their actual name and phone number on caller id, should not deserve a positive rating from the Revdex.com

Call with an offer to give me a better deal on my credit card processingWanted me to sent them my statementAsked multiple times for them to remove me from their call listKept trying to sell me something, saying "you don't want to save money?" Had to have a minute conversation with them just to get them to put me on their do not call list

We are being harassed by this business Over the past week, they've called several times a day; requesting information regarding our merchant account The caller says his name is Steven, and he's given me his number ###-###-####, which turns out to be a bogus number He asks to speak with a person who has nothing to do with, and has no authority over this process I've repeatedly told him not to call, but it continues I would never do business with a company that handles themselves in this mannerI rate this company ZERO stars, but this site doesn't allow that

I wanted to let you know that Jackie A*** was instrumental in getting us sorted out and running!
Our old VXwas obsolete with the new year; we couldn’t run charges or settle at the end of the day
Jackie helped us tremendously, calling numerous times when tech support was available; making sure that we’d receive our new equipment overnight and again contacting us to set up the new terminal
It is BECAUSE of people like Jackie that I really appreciate Sekure Merchant and stying with their service (I’ve gotten calls from others to compare rates, not interested)
