Once, I got the equipment via the mail, I noticed that it was missing an important component: the cash drawerI was informed by customer service that the cash drawer, in fact, cost extra moneySuddenly, it was impossible to get Amy S*** on the phone
I tried to send the equipment back to Sekure, citing Sekure's deceptive sales pitch as a valid reason to cancel our working relationshipThey refused to pay for postage so the equipment stayed in its box in a closet
Some months passedWe never used Sekure's equipment nor their servicesHowever, unbeknownst to us, Sekure was charging us as if we were using those servicesThe next time we heard from Sekure, it was their collections department

I would like to submit a review on behalf of Sekure Merchant SolutionsWe have been with their company for over five years now and we have no regrets for it what so everWe signed up with the company after we got out of a contract with someone that our new point of sale provider had signed us up withThe person who on-boarded us was quick, professional, and made sure that we were taken care of without interruption with the change and our computer systemEver since then, we have had many great account representatives, but most recently, we have been helped by a fabulous account representative that is always there for whatever we needHer name is Samantha S*She is always a very quick phone call or e-mail away and she is willing to help with anything that you throw her way - nothing is too tough or not good enough for her to deal withShe most recently was on a team for our business that helped us facilitate the transition from an older computer system to one that is up to date and PCI and Chip card compliantShe was there along the way to ensure, again, that we did not have any interruptions and was the one person that could ensure that we were taken care of throughout the entire deal, since her company works frequently with the company that installed itIt is largely in part of Samantha as to why I am such a great supporter of Sekure Merchant Solutions

I recently had a question about my monthly statements Michelle G*** is my rep and she got back to me within hours Again with my follow up questions She knew exactly what I needed I was very impressed with how she handled the matter I will stay with Sekure Merchant as long as she is there

COMPLAINT, COMPLAINT, COMPLAINT!
To whom it may concern:
Last week I received a call from a gentleman named Andrew at ###-###-####
I was so busy I really did not know from where he was calling He was wanting me to send my statement to him concerning our card machine
I told him I would try to get that to him over the weekend I am so overworked with managing this practice that I work days a week
He called me yesterday, 9/**/16, pretty much demanding I fax him this information I tried to explain to him that I was having the week from hell and did not have time to deal with him
He insisted that I fax the statement to him right away and he held until it was received
I DID NOT like his attitude and did not appreciate that he had no respect that I am extremely busy Not only that, I have been working the last three weeks with an *** *** *** and trying to stave off ***
He called again today to speak with me I refuse to speak with him and am asking that no one from there ever call me again
I am reporting this to the Revdex.com This was just a ridiculous situation
If every one of your customer reps act this way (very rude and aggressive) I am very surprised you have a good rating with the Revdex.com
DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE EVER AGAIN!

I spoke with Danielle B this morning for an issue with our credit card machineShe was very helpful in getting our machine back up and working properlyShe has been a help in the past and is always very pleasantThank you Danielle, *** *** at Dr*** ***

I entered into a contract with Sekure for a chip-reading credit card terminal Upon receipt of the terminal, I was unable to connect it to my internet modem because it was too far removed from the front counter of my business I was advised to use the phone line, however my business relies heavily on phone orders so I didn't want to connect via phone After discussion with Danny T*** of Sekure, he agreed that the situation did not work out as planned and that I could cancel the contract with no penalties I was sent the documentation to terminate, which I did No further charges have appeared on my bank account, however I haven't been credited with charges that occurred while I was trying to get the terminal set up I have made several contacts to MrT*** with no response

I don't see how this business gets an A+ rating with a 69% positive and complaints
I went through the pitch and analysis with them but wanted to scrutinize the terms and conditionsI decided to opt out after finding some onerous points
The solicitor said that it was the industry standard but I said that I had no such
thing with my present processorHe continued to contradict me on this telling me that I had the same agreement with my present processorNo wayInstead of taking out some of those terms, he unilaterally without my approval started to send a page fax with the terms from my present processorThis prevented me from sending/receiving faxes from my customers and blew out the memory
of my machineThis was not just being overly- aggressive in the sales tactics, it was downright ***

will not be contacted againThe employee has been suspended indefinitelyAgain, we are immensely sorry for the behavior of this employee, and very much appreciate you bringing this to my attention

Bryan W*** is excellent He has helped me out with many aspects of changing ownership, to problems with terminals, to helping get the biz perk changed overBryan always calls back when he says he is gong to and always follow up with a call asking if everything is going well Bryan is an asset to your company

I have been a Sekure Merchant Solutions Customer for going on years and have always enjoyed excellent service, but recently I have encountered a relationship manager that I feel has gone way above and beyond what is necessary or expected in a business situation Jamie-L** *** has worked with me not only to get my rates and fees down but also to assist me in understanding and working through the sometime convoluted credits and debits of the credit card processing companies We are all so quick to complain and so slow to praise that I wanted to take the time to leave a good review for a change rather than the usual bashing*** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** **

Jamie Cand her team at Sekure Merchants have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional Jamie responds immediately with solutions and suggestions to improve our business She is always pleasant and ready to help at any time We are happy we switched merchant services to Sekure

My account representative is Karen S*** She is amazing! She is always helpful, professional and extremely thorough! She goes out of her way to help with any questions or concerns that I may have, and she always follows up with a phone call to make sure my needs have been metKaren is a true asset to this company!
