The customer has already been issued a full refundThey should be able to view the refund on their credit card statement within the next 2-business days

The customer has been refunded on 12/03/in the amount of directly back to their credit card, the customer had also placed a dispute case with their credit card company and we are still in the middle of that matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response Full refund of should have been issued because the policy was never utilized and had months free, I didn’t even make it though the free pierod so my refund should have been less dollars! In addition to they didn’t pay the that wasn’t even a quarter of the repair they @said they would! And I still haven’t seen the refund they say they sent yet ! I received a refund for the service call and that’s it then they canceled the worthless policy with out been notified to in advance! This company is a disaster and a rip off and intend make that known Regards, [redacted]

Select Home Warranty had already issued a refund directly back to the customers credit card on 08/26/2015, the customer called in on 8/28/to get policy reinstated, we advised that due to cancellation of the policy we could not accommodate the customer at that time

The additional options are available on the website as well as the policy instructs the customer to call if they forgot any additional options The customer does not have coverage for this time

We spoke with the customer and have issued a full refund for her policyA check for $will be mailed in the next business days

The customer spoke with a representtaive yesterday and the customer will be hiring their own technicianThe customer was informed of the process and will submit the necessary paperworkNo additional funds due at this time

Select Home Warranty received the request for cancellation on 07/16/and had already processed the refund on 08/18/

The customer has already been refunded and has also disputed with their credit card company

Select Home Warranty agreed to give the customer refund, we are not able to block a credit card company from a dispute which the customer originally placed in March, we mailed the check for the as promised in the original complaint

Select Home Warranty has been in contact with the customer an resolved the matter

Select Home Warranty has issued a refund back to the customers' credit card, we also tried to reach out to the customer they stated they did not want to have anything to do with us

A diagnosis has been received from the technician on 1/31/The customer was informed yesterday to allow 24-for the claims to be reviewed by the authorizations departmentAs soon as the claims determination is made the customer will be contactedNo additional funds due at this time

As a courtesy we will go ahead and waive the $cancellation fee for you

The customer was informed on July 18th that their claim for the A/c has been approvedWe have made several attempts to provide the contractor with the approval so that they can go back and complete the repairs but they have not been responsiveThe customer was informed of this on the 18th and they will be contacting their own technician to make the repairsThe customers has already been provided with the amount that has been approved towards their claim and they will provide us with an invoice once completed so that we can reimburse them for the repairsWe apologize for any inconvenience the contractor may have caused
