I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It's completely inaccurate that they fulfilled my order.  I received a [redacted] message on Monday, that the delay is with the vendor and asked if I wanted to cancel or wait.  I said I wanted to wait for my shirts (though they did not answer my question when they would be shipped) and the representative offered an additional 20% off.  I've attached my conversation with Sevenly for you and the only shipping confirmation I've received from them for my first item, not the shirts. After this period of time I'm looking to have them ship the shirts I have paid for and give me the two discounts they have stated.  After all this time I want the shirts I placed an order for in November, no where along the way have they ever said they could not fulfill the order.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not able to reply. Is the problem not obvious? They are responding regarding an order that was placed over a year ago? And the complaint was filed in May. They charged my credit card when they were well aware that they did not have the items in stock and were in the middle of a dispute with the manufacturer. They should not have charged my credit card. Additionally, I cancelled the order months before they had the items available for shipping.
They continually said they would get back to me and they never did. Twice they said they had made a note to have management contact me and they never did. If you look at their [redacted] page many people complained about the same issues. An order placed in October should not be completed in February of the following year. They had no right to charge me and they should have honored my request to cancel the order when they could not fulfill it.

Because we recently changed vendors, these are issues we are still working through and tweaking. :( But I wanted to be completely transparent with this information, because I would hate for you to think your package was lost in cyber space somewhere. Sevenly contacted me and said I would receive a refund within a week. After a week, I responded saying I had not received the refund and they told me it was sent the day prior. I still haven't receive it. I am attaching the email correspondence.

I involved the Revdex.com a couple of months ago regarding trying to get my order fulfilled from Sevenly. On March 9th I was told through email I would receive the shirts I placed the order for and a refund. I did receive a refund but have since been trying to following up on the shipping of the shirts- April 19, April 25, and May 2. I have only received an automatic response that they received my email. I placed this order in November and it's been almost six months of trying to get them to ship my shirts.Desired Outcome: I want the shirts delivered. I placed an order in November as the shirts were gifts for an upcoming camp occurring the first week of June. I should be able to receive shirt in time for the camp.

Our records indicate that your order was delivered on December 19th.  Here is the USPS tracking link:  [redacted]Since you're sure that the order was never delivered then we're more than happy to issue a full refund.  However, we attempted to process your refund for order #[redacted] in the amount of $183.38 on February 16, 2016.  However, the credit card on file could not be refunded.  This could be a direct result of an expired credit card or the transaction may be older than 60 days. ? Thus the refund failed to successfully process.  To remedy the situation, Sevenly will issue a refund check in the amount of $183.38 which will be sent to the address that we have on file: [redacted]And, again, we're so sorry for this whole conundrum with shipping and for the delay.
