Hey [redacted], We apologize for the incorrect shirt which was shipped to you.  We are more than happy to issue a full refund for the incorrect item that you received.  Please keep the item or give it away, we don't need you to send it back.  We'd be more than happy if you submitted a new order in place of the incorrect item and you can use this code for 30 percent off because of our mistake: Unfortunately, Here at Sevenly HQ we don't keep inventory or pre-made items that we can simply send out.  Each shirt is made to order.  That means that when you place an order, the request is sent to a fulfillment center and then the image is printed on to the front of the shirt.  That is why we ask you to place a new order if you're still interested in receiving a replacement. Additionally, we just attempted to process your refund for the incorrect shirt on order #[redacted] in the amount of $29.99, however, the credit card on file could not be refunded. This could be a direct result of an expired credit card or the transaction may be older than 60 days. Thus, the refund failed to successfully process. To remedy the situation, Sevenly will issue a refund check which will be sent to the address that we have on file: [redacted] And, again, we're so sorry for this whole conundrum with shipping and for the delay. We truly appreciate your patience and your support for Sevenly. Your frustration is completely valid, and I can assure you we are doing our best to positively bounce back from the previous delays. :( I completely understand that at this point, all you want is answers. Your order was indeed on the priority shipping list to send out 11/16, unfortunately we were not informed that the fulfillment center was going to be unable to get those products out in the time frame initially given. have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I have followed up with my husband's [redacted] and a refund was issued on February 13, 2016.  I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.  Although Sevenly finally issued a refund, it is terrible that I have had to wait almost four months and file complaints against the company in order to receive a refund or my purchase.  Sevenly seemed like a wonderful idea and I hope moving forward the company will use the numerous complaints as a learning experience to improve their customer service and fulfillment departments.

I returned the shirts as instructed on the website, and I wanted to exchange them for larger sizes, but I have heard nothing from the company since. I have tried e-mailing, messaging, calling, and facebook posts, but nothing gets me a response. I want my money back or two more shirts.

Review: Placed and order with this business on 1/23/16 with an estimated arrival date of the merchandise in 15 days or less. I am still waiting on my items and also response from the customer service team. I have attempted to contact them on three different occasions asking first for an update on my order and then requests for a refund and cancellation of my order due to the long wait. They had no problem taking my money, but they can't simply give their customer an update on their order.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded the full amount of what I paid, since I have a feeling my order will never show up. Review: I placed an order on November 11 and I still have not received it even though I paid for it in full. My attempts to contact customer service have gone largely unanswered. The only times I get responses if if I tweet at the company, but I still have not made progress in receiving my order or getting a refund.Desired Settlement: These were supposed to be Christmas presents and I would have preferred to receive the items, but seeing as Christmas is long gone, at this point I would like a full refund.

While I was originally asking for a refund, I am satisfied with receiving the merchandise. I discovered Sevenly on Facebook when they kept popping up on my feed as a sponsored ad. They were selling a tank top that you could purchase with some of the proceeds going to charity, so on March 4, I ordered one at a cost of $35.98. I was charged immediately and received a confirmation email of my purchase that stated I would receive another confirmation when my item shipped. Any business worth its salt gets an item you've ordered and paid for in the mail within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified, so after receiving nothing indicating the order had been shipped after 8 days, I emailed Sevenly's customer support to see what the delay was with my order. After 5 days, I received no response, so I visited their Facebook page hoping to get a response there. However, what I found was a lot of other people with the same problem as me. Some ordered shirts in October 2015 and still haven't received them! Their page is filled with tales describing similar experiences. Rather than spend the next 6 months fussing with them, I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back as well as a complaint with the FTC. The Revdex.com is my last effort to call attention to this business, which is either a scam, or run by someone who is completely inept. The worst customer service ever. If you send an email you get an automatic response that you will hear from a customer rep in 7 business days. It has now been 2 months and I still haven't heard back. If you call their phone number it goes straight to voicemail. Called 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten a response from that either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not get and customer service, you will pay for your item, receive it EXTREMELY late, and then if there are any problems you are screwed.

I placed an order on October 25th and did not receive it. I did get, in January a part of the order with a duplicate of one of the shirts. They have been impossible to get my order from. I've requested either sending me the correct order or to refund my money. As of today I have had no response.

Ordered from this company on October 17, 2015. Was charged for my order immediately. Reached out to the company several times for updates regarding delivery, via email, only to receive generic responses or to be completely ignored. By December, I emailed the company twice to cancel and refund my order. I received no response. Finally made a public complaint on December 23, 2015 about their terrible service on their Facebook page and received a response. December 23, 2015 I finally received a refund and a genuine response regarding the frustrating experience I had with this company. It's a shame that myself and others could only get a response from this company by posting to their Facebook page after waiting and reaching out to them for months regarding our orders. All the while though, I received emails daily for new products and sales and even received a discount code to order more products from the company as an apology; as if I would like to ever order from this company again and go through months of waiting and being ignored after placing and paying for an order.

Review: I ordered a long sleeved t-shirt from Sevenly on 10/2. At the time it was supposed to be up to six weeks delivery. In December, I got an e-mail saying that thousands of people did not receive their items and they were working on the problem. In February I got another canned e-mail saying we should get our orders soon. It is now March 9, and I have not received my shirt.

I have called Sevenly & left messages, I have e-mailed them and have never gotten a response except for a bot response that they are "overwhelmed and trying to get to respond to my e-mail." -- I understand that they are overwhelmed & they are blaming lack of production on their vendors, but I still don't see why they can't return a simple e-mail over 6 months.

I want a full refund. I'm not sure they gave any of the money to the charity they claimed to represent so I definitely want a 100% refund.

Additionally, there are THOUSANDS of complaints on their Facebook page and I've not read a single one where the person has actually gotten their order. I see here where they've gotten 170 Revdex.com complaints this year. This is over $4 million in revenue- I think they need to be investigated.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I ordered a t-shirt online with Sevenly...after I got the confirmation that they received my order I sent them an email asking to cancel my order and to please send me an email back confirming that they had cancelled my order. I heard nothing. The next day I sent another email asking to cancel my order and to send me a confirmation stating it was cancelled. I tried to find a phone number to call them but I could not find any way to contact them besides filling out a form on their web site to send the email that way. I did that and still heard nothing. Now they send me an email saying my shirt is on its way...I have tried to contact them about getting a credit for this shirt but I hear nothing from them.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for this t-shirt I do not want after trying to contact them and not getting any type of response.

This business used to be great! Unfortunately they changed their whole business model, changed their manufacturer, AND changed the amount they donate to the charities they partner with. This has all had a huge negative impact on this company. I personally used to order all the time, but my most recent order took months to arrive, arrived with the wrong item, and some of my items didn't show up for so long that I was convinced to just request a refund. They also deceived me by giving me a tracking number and telling me my items were on the way, but this tracking number was just to a shipping label that was created and this item never actually went out to ship. On top of all of the people who have ordered MONTHS ago and still haven't received anything, the company is still highly advertising new products and I get emails almost daily asking me to buy more products. It would seem that their first priority should be fulfilling orders that have already been paid for instead of getting new victims to buy from them unknowingly.
