Review: On November 29th, I ordered a shirt from Sevenly online. They emailed me in December, and said they were having issues meeting their orders. On February 3rd, they contacted me saying the rest of the delayed orders would ship in 5-15 days. I have emailed them 4 times since February 3rd and have received no response. At this point, I would just like to have my money refunded. (Order #[redacted])Desired Settlement: I would like to have the purchase refunded to my credit card.

Review: Despite knowing they are unable to deliver items they sell in a reasonable period of time, Sevenly continues to sell products to new customers. I placed an order 2/26/16 for two shirts. I was not notified of any shipping delay or backorder issues, and was told to expect a shipping confirmation. As of 3/10/16, still no shipping confirmation (though funds were taken from me at the time of order). I contacted customer service, and was promised a reply within a week, still no help. After looking at their social media accounts, I've discovered I'm just one of hundreds of people who have placed orders (many as far back as last September!) that are unfulfilled and the company continues to respond that they are working to right things, but to have patience. They need to STOP taking new orders until they can fulfill their current PAID orders and they need to ship their paid orders. I don't see a single comment on their social media pages from a customer who actually received their items. I am wondering if the whole company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like for my items to be shipped immediately, and I want a tracking number for them. I would like the shipping expedited due to the long wait and failed customer service. If this can not happen, I want an immediate refund of the amount I paid, $45.20.

I placed my order on 12/18/2015 and have only just received a shipping notification. It took their customer support center over a week and some change to respond to my first email, and then only replied with a standard "we're working on shipping it" message. After email number two, they still sent the same email back telling me to be patient. When I asked for a refund and to forget my order, I never heard back. On 3/8/16, I got a message saying they are shipping the item to me, however, when I checked the shipping confirmation information, there was a notice that stated "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 9, 2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."

I advise people to avoid this company. I ordered a shirt in early September 2015. As of December I have received nothing but automated excuses about growing pains. Nonetheless, I receive daily solicitation via email and facebook asking me to buy more! They bill upon order not shipment. I ordered from them about 5 years ago. They use to donate $7 per shirt, now it is only 7%.... terribly disappointing experience.

Review: I ordered from Sevenly on January 9th. They immediately charged my credit card for the purchase, however, they never sent me any updates concerning my order. I have emailed them numerous times... I have sent them messages both on Facebook and Instagram. They acknowledged me at one point and said they wanted to make it right, but now they have stopped responding completely. At this point, I just want a refund. I am utterly disappointed by Sevenly - a so called reputable organization that does good for the world. They shouldn't keep taking orders if they are unable to fulfill them. Please help.

Review: I ordered a shirt from SEVENLY on October 27 2015. As soon as I ordered they contacted me to say that they were backed up and the shirt would ship in approximately 4 weeks. Well it is NOW going to be February and I either want my money back or my shirt. I have contacted them on SEVERAL occasions and I just get an automated email response saying they are backed up and it could take several days to get back. Yet this is the second email I have sent within three weeks and I have yet to hear back. I have also called and there never an answer. I even left a message. Now I could not be more annoyed by this company. In addition to their issues they are STILL sending me promotional emails. If this is the case and they are behind THEY NEED TO SHUT THEIR SITE DOWN AND STOP IT UNTIL THEY HAVE EVERYONES THINGS OUT TO THEM. I am very disappointed and will never order another item ever again.Desired Settlement: I would really just either like my shirt,and an answer from the company as to when I will be getting it. If not I would love a refund.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME FILLING OUT A COMPLAINT. THE FIRST TIME THE ISSUE WAS "RESOLVED" I MAGICALLY GOT AN EMAIL FROM SEVENLY, AND THEY CLAIMED MY SHIRT WAS GOING TO BE SENT OUT ON FEBRUARY 15. Well guess what, my shirt was never sent out on that day. I have been trying to contact this business via phone and email since I ordered the shirt in November and no one EVER gets back to me ever. No on answers the phone there, and then I just get an automated email that says they're way behind on emails and they will get back to me as soon as they can. THEN- NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME. I AM SICK OF IT. ALSO they send out 23028328 promotional emails PER DAY BUT YET CAN'T GET PEOPLE THE THINGS THEY ORDERED FOUR MONTHS AGO.I WANT MY SHIRT THAT I PAID FOR.

Review: I ordered a few shirts from them (4 separate orders)... One in December 2015, 2 in in January 2016, and one more in February 2016. I have yet to receive any of my orders - or a refund after they had agreed to give me said refund. They could "not find" my order number or my email associated to the account, yet they did know exactly which order I was referring to. How can that be?

I was told that my ticket had been "resolved" and I haven't heard from them in about 2 weeks. I haven't received the shirts or the refund. The reason I requested the refund instead of waiting for the product was because when I did get 1 shirt (ordered in November), they had sent a damaged product. Not only did I wait 4+ months for it - I got a defective product. Now I'm waiting for a dispute with my credit card company and them.

And from what I see on their social media page, it looks like they are scamming the charities they say they help out. The charities have yet to see any of the donations made (when you buy their shirts).Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my shirts (not damaged). And for the charities to get their portion of the money.

Placed an order over one month ago and for the last two weeks I have consistently tried various forms of communication with no response. I am requesting a refund but can't get anyone to respond via email or phone. My biggest complaint is that I receive "advertisement" emails daily from the company - so, while unable to follow through on sales, they are continuing to encourage others to purchase. Review: I purchased a shirt from Sevenly on 9/21 (#[redacted]). On 9/30, I reached out to the customer service email address to ask why my order had not been updated or shipped. I received a reply that they were looking into it, and would get back to me. On 9/7, I followed up with another email, because I never received a response.On 9/8 I left a voice mail for the customer service line, where the recording said their employees were busy and would return my call. I've tried the number several times over the past 2 business days, and not received any answer. I also submitted a question through their website, on 9/8, and did not receive a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the shirt + shipping, for a total of $33.98.

I would also like to provide a review of the awful customer service I received.

I purchased a shirt on November 3, 2015. With S&H, my total was $43 and some odd change. I received confirmation that the shirt would arrive in a week. Perfect.

A week went by and nothing. Another week. Nothing. Weeks turned into months. Months. For a t-shirt?

I emailed the company and asked about the status of my order, my VISA had been charged. I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed a shipping email. Maybe my shipment had been lost in the mail?

I received an incredibly generic reply with a bunch of "we're so sorry for the delay..." "fulfillment issues..." blah blah blah.

Curious, I hopped on social media to see if other people were having problems. Yeah. That's an understatement. Every post from Sevenly had customer comments like, "where is my item?" "when will my stuff ship?" "I spent $200 on Christmas gifts and never got them."

Needless to say, no one is impressed and the company continues to give pat answers and reply to customer comments on social media with "we're sorry." People are sick of sorry and a. want their items and/or b. want a refund. Neither of these seem to be happening with this company. In the meantime, they continue to post more photos of new products.

Review: I ordered a shirt from Sevenly 9/16/2015. To date (2/15/16) I have still not received the shirt. I was charged in the amount of $31.98. I reached out to Sevenly customer service in October via email. On Nov. 10, 2015 I received a reply ensuring me that my order would be shipped by Nov. 20. In December and January I emailed a few times, and only received an automated response. Calling customer service is of no use. No one answers or calls back. I really hope that the charities are at least getting thier portion of the proceeds from this company.

Review: I purchased a shirt, payment was processed, but I have not received it. Calls and emails to company are not returned.

I purchased a shirt on 8/3/2014. I initially received an email stating that the order number was 5052 and that it would ship within 7-10 days. It is now 8/22/2014 and I have not received it, nor any other correspondence to track it. I have repeatedly called and left multiple messages as well as sent multiple emails from both my initial email and through the companies website, with no response. The payment was processed via credit card immediately. Review: I purchased 3 tops from sevenly.org on January 22. They promptly charged my credit card. I noticed on the website that they said it could take up to 2 weeks for it to ship but I had not heard anything and did not receive any products. On February 17th I contacted the company and they still had not shipped the product. They offered a shipping refund and promised the product would send by Feb 26th. I still have not received any product. I have now asked for a refund of my nearly $100 and they are now no longer responding to my inquiries. I noticed on their facebook page that others are complaining of a similar situation.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of my money and I also feel that the company should be notified and discontinued. It is not a legitimate business and should not be allowed to promote its products when it does not send anything.

I did receive my refund. Thank you. I am not sure if this related or not but I also had my credit card hacked just now. I am not sure if you have any power in this but I feel that Sevenly should not be able to continue to operate as they currently are. There have not been any satisfied customers on their [redacted] page in months.

My complaint is the same as the others listed. I placed an order on October 15, 2015. My credit card was promptly charged, and I was sent a receipt. It is not February 3rd, and I have not received my order. I cannot find a link on the site to see a status, I cannot get a firm response from the company as to WHEN my order will ship, if ever. They send an email saying they are "catching up" but again give no dates. I understand they are a charitable business, however? I can think of many other charities I could support and receive better customer service and product. I applaud the efforts they are making, but it does upset me when I see them currently selling the exact shirt I purchased on their website, and I have not received mine 3+ months after my purchase.

Review: I placed an order with Sevenly on 2/19/16 for a t shirt. I paid through [redacted]. I first emailed the company that day after I made my purchase because I was given a coupon code for 10%off and it didn't work at checkout. I received no response from the company. I also emailed them on 2/29/16 to ask when my order would ship as I needed the shirt for an event a week later. I received an automated email that said they were experiencing delays in responding to tickets. I responded to the ticket a 3/3 asking for a full refund since I had not heard anything from the company and the event I needed the shirt for was over. I received 2 additional automated emails explaining the same, that they were experiences delays and they would respond soon. I have emailed them 4 additional times since 2/29 and now it has been 28 days and I have not heard 1 word from an actual person about my order. Review: I purchased from Sevenly on December 5, 2015. They took my money that day, and almost three months later, I still have not received my items. I have sent a large amount of emails and left a voicemail. If I even get an email response, it is a generic email saying they will get back to me and then never do.Desired Settlement: I would either like my order to be delivered as soon as possible or a refund of my money. I think Sevenly should refund part of the payment, shipping, etc., though from previous customers' posts, I don't think that will happen.

Ordered and billed for their product in early September. It is the end of March and I still have not received it. No responses to attempts to contact them. Ordered another shirt from them a week or so after the shirt mentioned above. Received that one seven months LATER. Quality was not like they used to be. (I have ordered since the company began and always loved the quality). I will no longer shop with them and will keep bugging them until I get my shirt or a refund. I see complaints all the time like this on social media. They need to stop taking orders until they can fulfill the old ones.
