I originally filed a complaint (complaint # [redacted] ) with the Revdex.com about Sevenly Inc on 1/22/because I had not received a refund or even a response regarding my request for a refund for products I had purchased from the company's website on 12/4/and had been promptly charged forTo date I still have not received the products OR a refundThe company promptly responded to my initial Revdex.com complaint on 1/24/stating a refund had been processed and would take business days to post to my accountWhile allowing time for it to post my previous complaint was closed by the Revdex.comIt was never resolvedI contacted the company again on 2/1/asking about the status of my refundI still have not received a response from the companyI want a REFUND in full for the products ordered, and DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCTS I originally ordered.Desired Resolution: Refund

Hello [redacted] , Thanks for reaching out First and foremost, let me apologize for the many, many delays and the tons of frustration that has been pushed upon you Unfortunately, we were unable to address your issue in a timely manner and both of your order have been shipped to your old place of residency At this point, we can place the order for you again (at no cost to you) and have is mailed to your new shipping address The only drawback is that you may experience another shipping delay as we are still getting caught up on order that were affected by our vendor issue late last yearAlternatively, we can issue a full refund for both of the orders that you didn't receive Since the orders are older than days then we will have to send a refund check in the mail Through my investigation of your emailsyou never stated your new mailing address Will you please respond to this message with your new mailing address and let us know if you prefer to have a new order placed on your behalf or if you'd like a refund check for your missing ordersThanks so much for your patience and we'll be on the look out for your response!

I placed an order on November I didn't hear back from the company for several months about this order even after I emailed them regarding the orderI finally got a response saying they could not let me know when the order would be shipped out (this was just in late March, early April by the way)They said I could either wait an undetermined amount of time for the order and receive a 30% refund or I could cancel my orderI responsed saying I would like to wait seeing as I already had for months as long as I did get that 30% refundI emailed the people almost everyday after I initially said I would wait and take the refund, but no one ever responsedI have finally received my order now but I would still appreciate the customer service rep sticking to her word and giving me the partial refund.Desired Outcome: I would like to get a 30% refund for this order just like the customer service person originally offered before they decided to ignore each email I sent them in response

In regards to my complaint against Sevenly, they said they were going to mail me a refund check on April It is now May 25, and they have not sent the check I notified them on May that I had not received a check and they did not respond to me.The complaint was closed because I thought the issue had been resolved, but it has notHow can I re-open the complaint?
