I involved the Revdex.com a couple of months ago regarding trying to get my order fulfilled from SevenlyOn March 9th I was told through email I would receive the shirts I placed the order for and a refundI did receive a refund but have since been trying to following up on the shipping of the shirts- April 19, April 25, and May I have only received an automatic response that they received my emailI placed this order in November and it's been almost six months of trying to get them to ship my shirts.Desired Outcome: I want the shirts deliveredI placed an order in November as the shirts were gifts for an upcoming camp occurring the first week of JuneI should be able to receive shirt in time for the camp
This is in regards to complaint # [redacted] still not being resolvedThe reason I hadn't responded with a "yes I'm satisfied" or "no I'm not" is that the contact I got from Sevenly said my item had be put on priority (after months - now it's been almost 5) and would be shipped by Feb I replied that I would give feedback if/when that happenedWell, it's now Feb and I have still received no shipment confirmation or response from Sevenly about why my order has still not shipped after months.After months and multiple failed promises that I would receive the order, I believe I should get the shirt and a discount/refundThey did refund my $shipping fee, but it hasn't even shipped yet! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This terrible company took this long to respond and is lying I received part of the order but one shirt was never shipped or receivedI've probably tried to contact them times to which I've been told a supervisor would contact meI've never gotten one phone call or emailNot only am I out the money for the shirt but I also paid for expedited shipping but it took over a month to get the part of the order that I did receiveI was told there was a problem with the ordering system and they would contact me about refunding shippingAgain not one attempt to contact me.Regards, [redacted] ***

I already filed one complaint with the Revdex.com regarding this company and my order placed in October of That complaint # is [redacted] After trying multiple times to get in touch with Sevenly regarding my order they finally responded after filing the Revdex.com complaintHowever they made further promises, went to the extent of refunding me shipping, which HAS YET to even ship - a whopping $AND now have proceeded to tell me that my order FROM OCTOBER is in production and will be shipped within business daysThis after I responded requesting a FULL REFUNDI am not waiting any longerThis order is now MONTH lateHorrible service even when it's for a "good cause" is still horrible service, and perhaps made worseI would like a FULL REFUND, NOW.Full Refund

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on February 18th, concerning the online retailer, Sevenly (ID: [redacted] )The original complaint was that I purchased an item on December 5th, and did not receive my order, nor did I receive quality customer service in addressing the massive delay in producing and shippingThe Revdex.com promptly addressed the matter and the merchant, Sevenly, returned with a response that my order ( [redacted] ) would be placed on a priority shipping list and sent out no later than March 5, They refunded my shipping feeThey also assured me that I would receive a tracking number with my order when it was shipped so I could check the status of my shipmentTo date, I have received no such tracking number, nor have I received any confirmation that this order was shipped or even producedIt is well beyond March and Sevenly continues to take orders from other consumers and send me promotional emailsMeanwhile, my order, which was placed on December 5, and paid for on December 8, is still not completeI feel like I have been scammed or robbed.First priority: I would like to personally speak to a Sevenly representative on the phone and have them assure me that my order has been produced and shippedThen I would like them to provide me with a direct call back number in the event I still do not receive itThey are clearly incapable of responding to support requests through email in a timely manner otherwise I would not have contacted the Revdex.com twiceI would like a tracking number for my order as wellSecond priority: I would also like them to consider a cease production on all new orders until all of their delayed orders from December have been deliveredThis is happening to many other consumers besides just meThey need to address their backlogged orders before any new orders can be placed
