Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Sevenly did process my orderUnfortunately they send the incorrect size for one sweatshirt and did not send them in burlap bags as promisedI ordered a small and a medium which were supposed to come in burlap "give bags" as they were to be gifts and I thought that wrapping would be uniqueWhen the order finally arrived I received one small and one medium in clear disposable plastic bagsNo burlap and a wrong sizeSuch a letdown While I appreciate Sevenly making the attempt to get it right, only one in four promised pieces of that order was what I had asked forAfter such a lengthy wait I am chalking it up to a loss as Sevenly will most likely never send the burlap bags or exchange my sweatshirt sizeA misprocessed order is not an acceptable way to resolve my complaintI agree that Sevenly processed the order as a package arrived at my houseI disagree because it was missing two pieces and a third piece out of four total was the wrong sizeAt this point I want to walk away and never deal with Sevenly again, but I would like future customers to be warned as Sevenly is very good at taking money and very bad at delivering on their end of a customer-seller deal Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Here is what I sent in reply....I am not satisfied with the response Sevenly,I would like to wait for my items to be shippedI specified this in my complaintI also had another issue with one of the items that already shipped......it was not like it was pictured on the site when I purchased itI have since seen pictures of the same shirt advertised and they too are the same one I purchased from the picture on your site, but the one I received is different (my Revdex.com complaint specifies the difference)This brings up another problem I had...no one really addressed my order specifically, or so it seemedIt was always a blanket statement that covered many ordersWe are now over months out from my order date, and while I was ok with the wait, I was not ok with someone not handling MY order directlyI am not asking to be put in front of anyone else, but it is hard to believe that in months no one could take a few minutes to address my order specificallyI also asked (in the complaint) that someone called me, yet here I am typing another response by emailAn email that doesn't address all the issues and that doesn't make me confident that you really looked into it (based on your response not covering all the details in my complaint) I'm sorry that your company is experiencing such hardship, but as a consumer I believe I have been more than patient [redacted] Order # [redacted] 720-641-

Hello ***, Thanks for reaching out again. We just want to confirm that we refunded your order # [redacted] in the amount of $30.13, on October 23, 2015. Refunds generally take up to 3 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank. The date of your rejection letter, October 26, 2015, indicates that only one business day had passed which is why you had yet to obtain the refund. Today, October 29,2015, is the fourth business day which means your bank should have processed the refund at this point. Please let us know if you haven't seen the return and we'd be glad to investigate further. Once your refund has been processed then we'd appreciate the complaint being closed.
