Hello [redacted] , Thanks for the email Our sincerest apologies for letting your emails slip through here at SevenlyWe take full responsibility for the issues that you've encountered and we're very sorry for the way that the problem has been handled (lack of communications, delays, etc)We always strive to provide excellent service but this time we've come up short and are learning from our mistakes.Over the past month, we've experienced a fulfillment issue with one of our core partnersThe issue has been resolved, however, this created a backlog of orders which ultimately created a long shipping delay and a backlog of customer support tickets as well - thus our long delay on replying.We have placed your order on an expedited list which means it will ship no later than Monday, November 16th We will send you an email with tracking information once the package leaves our fulfillment centerWe have refunded the cost of shipping on both of your orders because of the delayYou should be receiving a refund notification email shortlyPlease let us know if there's anything else we can do in the meantime and thanks again for your support!

This is the THIRD Revdex.com complaint I have filed with this business, and it is astounding how terrible the customer service is in this organizationAfter not having received merchandise from orders placed in September (now almost months later), I requested a refund and was told over month ago that I would be receiving this refundI HAVE NOT received a refund and am demanding that a refund be madeThe only helpful responses I have received from this company regarding my orders has been when I make a Revdex.com complaint, so I am again making one and will not be closing this complaint until the refund has been receivedRefund as promisedWill not close complaint until refund is received

I ordered a shirt from Sevenly back on April 3rdI still have not received this itemI originally tried contacting the business several times for an update but got no answerI submitted a Revdex.com complaint in May and finally got a response from someone at the company indicating that the item would ship soonIt is now September, still nothing and I've been unable to get anyone from the company to respond to me despite repeated attempts.Desired Outcome: I want a shipping tracking notification by end of September or a refund for this product; it's been months which is completely unacceptable

They are responding regarding an order that was placed over a year ago? And the complaint was filed in MayThey charged my credit card when they were well aware that they did not have the items in stock and were in the middle of a dispute with the manufacturerThey should not have charged my credit cardAdditionally, I cancelled the order months before they had the items available for shipping They continually said they would get back to me and they never didTwice they said they had made a note to have management contact me and they never didIf you look at their [redacted] page many people complained about the same issuesAn order placed in October should not be completed in February of the following yearThey had no right to charge me and they should have honored my request to cancel the order when they could not fulfill it
