I placed order #SEV_74579 maybe a year ago now. I received the order, but two of the shirts were too small. I returned the shirts as instructed on the website, and I wanted to exchange them for larger sizes, but I have heard nothing from the company since. I have tried e-mailing, messaging, calling, and facebook posts, but nothing gets me a response. I want my money back or two more shirts.
It is frustrating to see how much effort is put into the marketing of their products while the customers are left hanging.
Waiting since January for my order. The "new and improved" customer service is ten times worse than the old. I have contacted them multiple times through email and social media. No one replies and now I have been blocked from posting on their Facebook wall. Filed a claim through PayPal but it might be too little too late. So sad that a business that is supposed to support non profits turned out to be such a scam.
My order #SEV_71078 placed on 18th December 2015 has still not been received. Only automated replies to numerous emails, contact form submissions and live chat. I have tried to contact Sevenly more than 20 times to no avail. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with - zero stars. I want my money back with interest.

All I have ever received are automated responses stating they will reply to my complaint in a week. No reply ever comes. I would like a refund for $105.96 plus compensation, at least to cover the costs of international exchange fees and as a way of acknowledging the profit the company has made earning interest from holding my money for so long. This would have to be the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. My order number is #SEV_71078
Zero stars for you Sevenly. I've been waiting about 6 months for my order. After reach out no less than 20 times I have not heard from anyone..other then an automated message saying sorry for the delay we will respond within ten days. Even ten days is WAY TOO LONG for a company to give you an ETA for an expensive shirt that was a birthday gift my sister never received. I have yet to hear back. This company IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I'd like my money back ASAP. This is rediculous. Order #Sev_79844 "paid but unfifilled" says my login info.
They are thieves in the name of charity. I ordered a shirt April 21. It's July 16 and still no shirt. They took $35 from my account but cannot answer the phone or reply to ten emails. What a scam. I am telling everyone I know to stay the hell away from these monsters
I can echo everyone of the already existing complaints. They are beyond slow to ship although very quick to complete the banking transaction. My family and I all ordered shirts in October of 2015. Finally by April, 2016, after many many emails and phone calls, 2 of the 4 shirts arrived and were correct. The shirt I ordered finally arrived a couple of weeks later, but totally the wrong size, rendering it useless. I tried and tried to get a process to return the shirt and just get the correct size. All inquires went unanswered. I even contacted the Revdex.com for this area and Sevenly would not even acknowledge that complaint. So in the end I got nothing.... but a bunch of canned emails everyday asking me to purchase from them.
If I was a company that Sevenly wanted to represent I would absolutely deny. They are an embarrassment for any charity organization.
