I will reject this response until documentation is received and reviewed as the only documentation that Barclay Card sent me was completely black and illegible.  Very unprofessional for a business to send this kind of documentation to a long term, always in good standing customer.  This merchant made a fraudulent transaction and obtained my signature under false pretenses and deceitfulness.  I will be consulting my local news station, the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals Office for further investigation.  International merchants should not be allowed to victimize tourists that visit their countries.

I applied for a US Airways Card and was approved by BArclays Bank.My opening offer was 50000 US Airways points if I spend $2000 which I have done.Now Barclays have closed my account and are refusing to honour the account opening offer. Product_Or_Service: US Airways Credit Card

I finally received Barclays letter late last week.I am attaching it.
I am also attaching a copy of the check they sent to Trumark dated 10/12/2016 in the amount of $950 and my Trumark account activity statement showing the $950 posted to my account on 10/18/2016.
 
Barclay will not reinstate the balance transfer. As mentioned, I did not authorize this reversal in writing.
 
I need closure on the recovery of the money from Trumark; the $950 is still in my Trumark account.
Barclay has not addressed this in their 10/31/2016 letter.

I have not received any resolution fom Barclay card by mail and I do not want to close this complaint until it arrives. 
      They did not say how they are going to resolve this problem so I can not accept there offer until I see it in writing.
Please be aware I drive 12 - 16 hours a day and when I get home, your and there offices are closed for the night.
I will try to call if I get a break in-between my routes tomorrow. I am a floater driver so everyday is different and I do not
know what route I doing in the morning for the day. all they said they are sending a letter via usps to me according to your
last Revdex.com response message to me.

The level of customer service is poor at best. After your call is routed to India, you spend most of your time trying to understand the rep and then trying to get a Supervisor is another chore. They transfer you around to fellow employees, when you think you have a Supervisor, you in fact just have another customer service rep.

Furthermore, they were unwilling to satisfy what I wanted to happen, basically telling me that "I can ask anyone here and they would all say the same thing: there's no way that will ever happen" or something along those lines.
Unfortunately now I have all manner of expenses preventing me from settling this debt right now.
The key point here is that it was their fault that this happened in the first place. I had no problem keeping up with a measely $26 minimum payment but they had to screw things up, not contact me when it went haywire then stick me with a huge minimum payment that I could not afford at the time.
Now they're completely unwilling to work it out with me in a way that I can have my account reopened, and all of my hard work to be eligible for the US Airways rewards card is gone.
Honestly I need to read what they wrote before I can really say anything, but if this is not resolved to my liking I will never do business with Barclay's bank ever again. Oh you better believe they will get their money but they will be dead to me, like PNC Bank and a couple of other institutions that I have completely refused to do business with after being treated poorly. Another example is CVS Pharmacy.
I stand by my convictions.
