Since I have filed a complaint there has been several more of this mail. I have also received email, which I did not give them my email address Revdex.com did! All I want is for this junk mail to stop, I mean I am receiving 4 thick envelopes each week. Do you know how much waste that is? I sent them a letter to stop and now they send more. It is harassing and I want it to stop! When someone does not want your service and tells you to stop bothering- YOU SHOULD STOP!

I would like some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience this has caused us.  If you look at all the times we called and all the hours we spent on the phone for a month.   This was also reported to the credit bureau which we had to write a letter to for revision.  I figured you would be courtesy enough to give (reward points as that is what other credit card companies(American Express) has done for us in the past when they mess up.

After having spoken to Mr [redacted] at the "office of the President" (an office consisting of 13 people designed to correspond to situations of this kind) he informed me that basically I signed and should have read the fine print. This does not address the deceptive practices that are forthwith. He informed me that all information I needed to know was on page two of my statement that I received on line. I asked him why the information was in fine print on page two and not in regular print on page one of the bill, he said that that is not what the industry does and the industry treats all it's clients equally. I said that the industry does not treat all individuals equally since people with different credit ratings are issued different interest rates, he had no answer. I asked him to give me a copy of the recording which his company has of our conversation and he said his company does not allow him. I believe this practice is highly deceptive for me and the rest of the public. I will be paying the balance due of $1,866.07 to prevent my credit rating from being disturbed. However, I am demanding that the interest rate be adjusted to zero for the period involved. This event should be addressed to the office of the Attorney General. I am sure I am not the only one in this situation.

I think Apple should use a different official credit card company. When I made a payment to them, they kept telling me different answers to when it would be cleared. They would not even do another courtesy clearing of a late payment, of which I could possibly understand - but with other very poor customer service as in letting you know when your payment would clear is inexcusable. This was not only Tier 1 employees, but even up to the supervisor of which I spent hours with.
Then the supervisor at the time has the gall to say that I was late every other month, which was not true the last few months. So, to give an offensive and generalized account is not courteous to the customer. That came after that I went through great financial difficulty in 2014, so I feel that that comment is quite judgmental and ill-placed.

Had the account for 3 years. Paid on time. I paid the account in full and did not use the card for 6 months. Then the company automatically closed my account due to inactivity. I called asking them to reopen it because I wanted to use it but they said I needed to reapply. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere.
