payments, and total sale price. For compliance reasons every finance manager is trained to go over each of the boxes individually. Our deal shows the same total price including tax tittle license etc...The amount of $35,763.34 financed at 2.84% has a TOTAL finance charge of $3355.91.(noted in the box right next to the annual percentage rate)
The customer states that the .2% they felt they were overcharged will result in them paying $5400 more in finance charges. Had the annual percentage been 2.64% the customer would have paid $3112.91 in TOTAL finance charges. The difference between $3355.91 and $3112.91 is $243.00. Not $5400 as the customer calculated. We are more than willing to discuss the matter further with the customer to clear up any misunderstanding.

I made appointment on line and by the phone 4 days in advance for 7am. I arrive 6.45am and was 2nd in line. Service advisor told me that service will take 2h ( oil change and tire rotation ) after 3 h I as manager and hi said will let you know when is done. My 10 am doctor appointment is gone now. After that my radio is locked. Another 30 min. Horrible experience!!!

Customer committed bank fraud and this is now a legal matter.

This gentleman's sister came in to purchase a vehicle. The customer needed a co-signer to get a lower interest rate. Customer called her brother and he agreed to co-sign for her. He stated that he wanted a low interest rate and to shop around. Manager spoke to potential co-signer himself to...

verify that he agreed to co-sign for a lower interest rate for his sister. When the potential banks could not come back with desired interest rate the co-signer then pulled out of the agreement. His sister purchased a vehicle on her own without him co-signing. The disputer must contact the credit bureaus himself to attempt to get inquiries removed. There was no malicious nor fraudulent activity performed at this dealership.

[redacted] did have his vehicle at [redacted] for repairs. Sherman Dodge's Service Director attempted to contact [redacted] to release the vehicle for repairs but was unsuccessful due to the fact it was a Saturday and [redacted] is closed. Unfortuantely, the advisor at [redacted] was not...

giving [redacted] the correct information which in turn upset [redacted]. Service Director for Sherman Dodge was directly involved in this situation and spoke to [redacted] to inform him of the issue and the Service Director also called and spoke to the advisor at [redacted]. As of Novemeber 6th, 2015 the Service Manager of Sherman Dodge contacted [redacted] and gave full release to [redacted]'s vehicle not a one time release. Nothing was done intentionally to stop [redacted] from repairing [redacted]'s vehicle. If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

I am rejecting this response because: my credit report indicates a credit check was ran by sherman in August following the check in March. Which indicates Sherman ran my credit without my authorization. The response does not solve the problem to my credit which indicates illegally running a credit check for my name. Sherman indicated they would never run a check without authorization, but this statement does not reflect my credit report which indication otherwise...this is fraudulent. I believe sherman was attempting to persuade me to purchase another vehicle after a consigned for a third party & illegally ran my credit to view score & payment history.

The car came in for a no start problem and a recall. The recall had nothing to do with the no start problem. But after further diagnosis, we found that the PCM needed to be replaced. Once we replaced the PCM the new PCM would not communicate with the TIPM. We called the customers ext. warranty...

company and they said that if his warranty had not expired the TIPM would have been covered under his warranty. The customer did not want to pay any more money and just wanted to pick his car up. He was aware that before he picked his car up that it had multiple problems. The rest has already been discussed in his part of the letter where he paid the deductible as outlined with his extended warranty company. This is their deductible not Sherman Dodge's deductible. Then he told us that he stopped payment on the check and we told him that after doing so any further repairs and picking up his vehicle he will have to pay cash. At the time of this letter being written the customer has paid the deductible in cash and has picked his vehicle up. Finance Director advised you at the time, the distribution was done this way to get the best rates/bank options based on all the credit criteria. We can resend the copies of the Bill of Sales if you need them.

Followed Chrysler's procedure for paint concerns on vehicle. Took photos and sent them to Chrysler Digital Imaging for authorization Chrysler Digital Imaging denied the repair. Per their reasoning -  based on the affected area image, the issue does not appear to be a warrantable request such as a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue. A Chrysler dealership Service Department cannot authorize this type of repair only Chrysler themselves can authorize this type of repair.

I bought a used car and a vehicle protection plan was added for $2427.00 without my consent or agreement. Although I later saw this amount listed as a service contract on the bill of sale, I thought it would mean extended coverage for maintenance.

This is a Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan called Essential Care Plus, offering 3 years of oil/lube service or 6 oil changes, whichever comes first.

I do not feel it is right to just insert extra fees on consumer's contracts without discussing it with them. The average oil change is $25-50, depending on vehicle and oil used. Six oil changes do not equal over $2,400. I overlooked this when at the dealership with all the buyer's excitement going on. Sherman Dodge took advantage of me, and added unnecessary debt to make this sale.
