unable to get financing, why let me drive off with the car and have it for over a month. You guys did not do what was expected of you and did not do your job properly. Still they have not owned up to what they did. Somehow they don't understand all of the problems and issues that they caused. Paperwork that I signed meant what exactly? They've lied so much up until this point so how am I supposed to know that the plates are actually destroyed?

this is such a lie ,,, no one ever even called me ,, I left messages after messages ever single day ,,, the only peroson that helped me was [redacted] , the finance manager ,, he informed me that the car was ready to be picked up 2 weeks after it should have been ready ,,,,, then I finaly go pick up on 10-18 at 2pm because it was to be ready then , they tell me its ready but the keys were lost ,, so I wait for 4 hours in an office waiting for a locksmith ,, he finaly gets there. after 4 hrs I get the car ,, and now 2 of the tires are low to a point they looked like it was flat ,,, by this time the service dept closed so the finance mgr looking for an air pump finaly puts air in the tire ,, we go in the car ,, and still the light in the dash did not work ,, there was no gas , at this point I just wanted to leave . lft there and filled up the car with gas a took it home ,,,, so this was a sat ... on Thursday the 23 . nov 23 a mr [redacted] calls me says to me he is sorry for not getting back to me sooner , but he promises that my car would be ready "tomrrow" the 24... I laghed and told him I was at work , and he needed to chk his records because I have the car already and I dont beleive he heard me the first time so agai ni told him I have the car already ,, told him I was bz and he said fine and hu ,,,,,,,,,,,so No this is a total lie ,, he never ever said this to me

We were not allowed to look at another vehicle than the 2005 they wanted us to look at. They did not have any in the XXXX-XXXX date range, but they said since the 2005 was within the mileage range, it would an option that would work for us. At no time the first day my husband was there did they say anything about tax, title and license being separate. They said we were all set to go and we would get the loan without an issue. Sherman Dodge never once said that the tax, title and license issue was because it was a 2005 truck, they said they bank wouldn't do it because our credit isn't high enough. If that was the case the whole time, then they should have been honest with us..... not get our hopes up and then bait and switch so we feel obligated to come up with 2000.00 we were unable to do that day. Again, all we want is a loan for the vehicle with tax, title and license included.

I dropped my van at Sherman Dodge after experiencing an electrical problem. I told the service writer that I had experienced this problem after a car wash and that it had happened a week before. I also told him that my mechanic had found and replaced a blown fuse.
After looking for an entire day they had found no blown fuse and were about to remove my dashboard. I was concerned that they were going to charge me a lot to find a simple problem. So I pulled my car out on Monday and after doing some simple research on the Internet I figured out what the problem was. But even though Sherman didn't figure it out they really didn't even care. They did not refund the "inspection" fee. They did not find the fuse. They did not find the cause of the short, which had nothing to do with the dashboard. I'll never go back there

It is unfortunate that we do not have a clear understanding as to what the consumer is looking for. The consumer keeps rejecting with no response. Can this please be resolved.

was lied to from day 1 after I purchased vehicle filed a complaint with attorney general about various issues with this company was told I could refinance the vehicle after a year and when I went to talk to finance manager I was told that I could be done to call and make appointment after trying to make appointment I was told that he could not help me and that I would be better to trade it in after a year of owning it and finance it that way te problem is the payoff amount exceeds the tradein value so iwould still have to pay more than expected
