Because when I was purchased for the package the SFD in that time no one in sale or in finances told me how it work with this package no ideas just they charge and that it but for the scratch I will come back when I have chance because now beginning schools kids they should also refund the rent to fix mistake their people who purchase me
I let you know when they will send my car to the shop to fix the bumper they should give me a loan car to drive back home

The customer did meet with us twice in the last several weeks and we explained that his contract could not be re-done and both times we offered to cancel the extended warranty agreement and maintenance agreement and the refund would have to be

I am rejecting this response because: the company as well as management did not decide to give me the vehicle back until the police report was filed...

regarding the stolen vehicle. I was sold the car under false pretenses not being told that I would still owe money on the Dodge Dart and that this would reflect on my credit as a repossession. Lawyers are on the case to file a claim due to the dealership stating that there is no paperwork that they can provide me regarding anything that they promised they would do the day of purchase. No one was truthful or willing to help to make anything positive for the customer.

Unfortunately customer could not get trustee approval to purchase a vehicle. Customer had to return the vehicle back to dealership. Customer has stated that she will be doing a Chapter 7 and agreed for us to hold the $750.00 towards a down payment on a vehicle once she receives her discharge papers....

Purchased new Jeep in June, added leather to be applied over seats later. Have been calling both salesman (Jesse) and Matt (Manager) for weeks. When I do reach them, get series of promises and/or excuses. Pathetic and disappointing. This is truly the worst customer service experience in my 50+ years on this earth!!!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:-0% for 84 on "caravan crazy" ad is still not qualified, or resolved to be qualified.-#1 volume dealer - Need to identify specifically whether the dealership is #1 in new or #1 in used or #1 in new and used - need specifics. Just saying you are the #1 volume dealer is still misleading. #1 volume dealer in what?  Thank you for removing the loyalty pays message.

The fact of the matter is, the co-signer the bank was waiting for never came to through, nor did the down payment that was expected from you.  Once the bank had no means of receiving repayment of a loan, the transaction was voided.  Sherman Dodge had no choice at that point but to hire an outside company to repossess the vehicle, which cost the dealership money out of pocket.  The entire transaction cost the dealership time and revenue in the end.  At this point, there is no resolution to your complaint and I am requesting the Revdex.com close this complaint.

No, I do not accept this response because, I went into Sherman Dodge this afternoon, after leaving several messages for the General Manager [redacted], who I later found out is on vacation, to switch out my car and was unsuccessful. The salesperson [redacted] told me that I could switch out my car but, they did not have my color, which I already knew, and said he would look at other dealers in which he found the same make, model, and color in Gurnee, and that he would personally go get get it and drive it back. He then came telling me I would have to pay the difference and take out another loan for a new car since they appraised my car and it had lost value. I told him I should not have to pay anything and thats when he sent the Sales Manager [redacted] over, who was flat-out full of crap and was watching a little girl in the lobby rather than paying attention to my concerns. He told me that he does not deal with other dealerships and that he would not be able to sale my car at a new car price so he wouldn't take it, which contradicted what [redacted] originally said. I asked was the color the issue and then he said yes, if I wanted a new car I had to settle for [redacted]s they had in stock at their lot. I said fine, I will consider a different color. [redacted] begin working with the Inventory Manager [redacted] to see what they could do between them and [redacted] because, at this point both are pointing fingers at one another not wanting to take a lost for replacing my vehicle. [redacted] told me that he left a voicemail for a supervisor at [redacted] and he should have a response no later than tomorrow. At this point I am annoyed and leaving because, not only did Sherman Dodge not hold up to their end of the deal by switching my car out or offer me any financial assistance but, rather I should PAY MORE because my vehicle does not work properly and they can't figure out the issue! As I am leaving, I noticed a white scratch on my back passenger's side door on my car which, had be moved out of the original spot I left it in. I immediately go back in the dealership and ask [redacted] who drove my car because it had been damaged and he replied the Appraiser. So we went to the desk where [redacted] was to look at the cameras to see what happened. After thirty minutes of watching [redacted] eat his lunch and not say anything about what happened on the cameras, I called Skokie police to fill out a report. [redacted] spoke with the officer and told him it was a "customer" in a white car who hit my vehicle but could not make out the car, or license plate. Its hard to believe that a car dealership does not have cameras facing the entrance of the lot to see who is coming in and out but conveniently can only tell the officer it's a customer who did it. I have a hit and run report which the police detectives will investigate further into the matter for the truth to come out. In the meantime, after I called the police no one came over to speak to me or offer a apology. Seeing how my car was moved from the original spot, for a an appraisal I did not ask for or need, while, on their property, you would think they would offer to fix the damages but, instead I got nothing. As I am still driving my same vehicle which, is continuing to depreciate and getting treated with the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This entire experience has been a nightmare and is still not over. At this point it looks like I will have to get my attorney involved along with the police.

On October 9, 2015 the customer visited the dealership with a plan to purchase a new Jeep and use the 2014 Ford Focus as a trade.  She wanted to trade-in the Ford and then wanted to purchase it back from the bank and keep the loan in her name. The bank ultimately declined the loan at which...

point we advised the customer that we needed the Jeep returned to the dealership.  The customer arrived at the dealership and quickly gave the keys to a Finance Manager (not the original manager she worked with on the paperwork). There was little conversation at that point. As for the $340 it was used as a deposit, not for a warranty, for which we will issue the customer a check.
In regards to the issue regarding the mulitple credit request; the customer signed a document allowing us to run her credit in an effort to persue a reasonable loan agreement from a bank, which is what we did. There were no where near 55 credit inquires for this loan, as the customer stated.
