I have disputed with USAA over a charge to *** I received the watches and they do not work I have submitted all correspondence USAA asked for and they denied my claim then they told me to resubmit it and the website won't let meThe watches say my children are in China which they are not and it cannot be fixed I have tried to correspond with the company several times through email and fb messenger and they only read it and send me promo codes

I applied for a secured credit card in April By purchasing a Cerificate of Deposit for $500, I recieved a credit card with a $limit When I applied for it over the phone, I was told that in two years the CD would mature, and at that time I could withdraw the $and keep the credit card as an unsecured card In April USAA automatically renewed the CD and refused to let me withdraw any of the money They told me the only way I could get it back was to pay the credit card all the way off and cancel it That is the opposite of what I was told when I was "sold" the card, I would not have agreed to it otherwise

In August I did a balance transfer of funds from USAA to CitiBankCitibank sent USAA a check (# ***) for an amount of $1,This check was cashed in early SeptemberThe account number that was on the check was incorrect and the amount has not been cleared from my credit card amountI have reached out to USAA 4-times to attempt to have this matter resolved and they will not look into where the funds are nowThey have cashed the check, so there is nothing further Citibank can do to stop thisUSAA has the money, they do not know where it is, and they will not post it to my account or do anything to look into this issue
