we wrote balance transfer check for on 06/28/payable to [redacted] ***, in ridgewood, n.j 07450.On 7/05/2017, Wells Fargo reversed the payment ,as usaa refused to honor the balance transfer.according to mr[redacted] at usaaafter about one hour of back & forth discussion, he said that the bank was doing a review of the acct as of 6/26/& that was why the check was not honored.Our credit limit at the time was $24,& my available credit Was $12,507.00.We had a promotional offer from them thru 6/30/at 0% & balance transfer feessince they returned the check the offer has expired.this was due to no fault of ours & they refuse to honor the offer at this time.because of what they due internally,should have no bearing on us.we feel we are entitled to a balance transfer with those terms now.they refuse to honor these terms

DEAR USAA, I made a payment of $on the 12/11/It was withdrawn from my bank institution of ENT on the 12/13/As of today 12/18/I have NOT been given credit on my credit line for avaibable creditEven though USAA has received and taken my money I called customer service @ 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time and talked with a supervisor by the name of " [redacted] " who was not speaking very well for being a supervisor, was speaking ghetto Because he didn't like what I was saying he hung up the phone on me Freel free to listen to the callThis is ridiculous, so I called back again and apparently according to another supervisor " [redacted] " is a member of the exeutive team and could have lifted the hold on my money IMMEDIATELYFor an executive member to act this way is not typical for USAA which prides it self for its great customer service This is all while im trying to purchase presents for my family, and to get treated like this during this time of year AFTER my money

I disputed a credit card trasnaction on dec 28th and no one has ever contacted me or anythingI happened to log in one day and realize that they need proofSo I submitted proof of purchase even though they can clearly see the charge on the card so why would you need proof of something you can clearly see a charge for????? Today I call and it has been almost days since filing my dispute and it takes this lady almost minutes to figure out it has been closed and they supposedly sent me letters and tried to contact meShe then refused to get me a supervisorThis is all a complete lieNO ONE called or tried to contact me in any way shape or formI want this resolved

USAA CC services deleted Reward points that could be exchanged for Cash Back to pay the balance dueThey claim they "own" the rewards program and are not obligated to inform customers when they make adjustments like eliminating points from a supposed mistake in their system which was not documented in any way with an explanation Secondly, they merged with a different CC and bank using this new CC # to charge the account before I received the CC and activated itI have no record of the new CC# because it was not sent to me and is not visible anywhere on my online account except for the last numbersI was not given the opportunity ahead of time to OPT_OUT of solicitations and selling of my info because they have already created a transaction from an auto bill pay without my permission to use the new CCI had NOT even received it yet

Usaa offered me a credit card saying I could transfer any balance I had on other credit cards and I would have 0% apr until December I accepted the offer and when I asked them to tranfer my balance from another usaa credit card to the new credit card, the refusedI replied to the USAA employee that no where in the over the phone conversation with their representative they mentioned that I could not do a usaa to usaa credit card transferThe usaa employee agreed with me but said his hands were tied Also the same thing happened when I asked to speak to a managerI belive this is a fraudulent way of doing business and selling a product What I'm asking is for USAA to transfer my previous balance to my new 0% APR credit card they issued me, and give me what they offered me when I initially excepted this offer Thank you ***

1st time about insurance and got a rude individualsI asked for an upper mg call back and never got oneI tried different times! Beginning with my May credit card statement balance due was $680.72.Of that balance due total,$26,belonged to me!Remainder of that balance due were fraud charges added to my c/c by unauthorized use! At that point I stopped using my usaa c/c and reported fraud charges to usaa! Since that date additional fraud charges added to my c/c totaling over $3000.00! My USAA card ending in [redacted] is always declining purchases or utilitiesAlwaysThis card has even declined Amazon.comSometimes and usually the excuse is nothing is declined "We show no declined authorizations, Sir." However now USAA is finally admitting it, and the excuse is "address mismatch" What the hell? I have proof the address is not mismatched, I've lived at this address for over years!
