I am a member of USAA but they will not allow me the option to have the secured American Express card they offer other members My father was also an Air Force member I do not understand how they can legally refuse to offer a product to some members and not others I can open a securing saving account with them

I am an honorably discharged combat veteran and though USAA was all for supporting us, well no they don't careI have a American Express card which had a $limitI ran it up for my wedding in October but have NEVER missed a paymentI paid the account in full days ago and they IMMEDIATELY lowered my limit to $I called them to ask why and got some snotty woman who basically said tough st!# next thing I know I get credit monitoring alerts from all bureaus saying that my credit score just dropped from to I look up why and USAA has reported that I have a balance of nearly $150% over my limitMY BALANCE IS ZEROso I call them and they confirm that the balance is zero and blame it on all bureaus saying that all three have made the exact same mistakeBS! They have yet to fix what I truely believe is a malicious act of that snotty womanThey are liars and don't care

Spoke w/ Credit Card Service Rep*** on 07/14/@ 12:AM and she stated that since she could see in their system that the prompt stating that I was not informed about $balance transfer fee then my account should be credited for thatAlso, stated to *** that do not remember seeing that when initially signing up for the Credit CardAlso, she stated that monthly payment seemed to be high and would put in for someone to look at because that did not seem rightAlso, stated that would get a c/b on Monday about this and would most likely get a $credit & the monthly payment should be adjusted to suitable amount no higher than $

I had a cash advance fee of $in August I then paid my card off several times , end of August, October - twice and in SeptemberEach time I paid the max I could through the app It would not let me pay $more than I paid This mean the card was paid off, I never carry debt on this card Usaa had charged me several times for cash advance interest claiming I have not paid off the card Even though I have paid it in full! They are not giving me any chance to avoid these feesAnd have refused to refund them claiming they are not able to I am ready to leave usaa if this is not resolved

I’ve been a member for years I have checking accounts , my auto insurance and my home insurance through you I did have a credit card which I recently paid off Back in I had 2-credit card advances I have continued to be charged every month for both interest on the advance and separate interest on my balance and I’ve not complained I paid off this card two weeks ago Today I got charged $for interest on credit card advances I’ve talked to three different people regarding this at usaa and they all refuse to drop the charge When I asked how you could charge for something that you couldn’t say I still had a balance on I was told that was how they do it When I said I had clearly paid off my few cash advances ten times over and it made no sense to continue to be charged interest I was told that’s how it’s done When I asked why then, did I not get another charge on the overall balance, no one could answer my question I threatened to close all of my accounts over this and not one person felt this mattered years I have been a customer and theyve made a ton of money off of me yet they can’t waive a $interest charge that you can’t even differentiate as to when a cash advance is paid off I served my country and stayed with them because they seemed to care about your customers yet they want to try to get another $out of me over something they can’t even explain How can they say my multiple monthly payments that more than covered a few cash advances didn’t cover them enough to not continually charge me interest for and even after I pay my entire balance off they continue to charge interest for.??? Well, buyer beware! I am now in the process of finding other auto and home insurance Rest assured I’m complaining to the Revdex.com , the federal trade commission and any other government entity that is relevant to this and I’m making sure people know what theyre really about! I can’t even get a manager to bother to talk to me over this! Ridiculous!

Called USAA on Sep and requested a deferment on my credit card payments due to hurricane Harvey A payment deferment was granted for three months Two weeks later I started receiving harassing phone calls from USAA claiming they were trying to collect a debt I explained to them, and their records confirmed, that I did indeed have a deferment The calls, approximately three per day, never stopped Then letters started arriving I have repeatedly called USAA back to resolve the issue Each time they confirm that I do indeed have a deferment Still receiving calls and letters On Nov 17, I contacted USAA again, and had confirmed yet again that I do indeed have a deferment I was informed, for the first time, that I was getting calls and letters due to the fact that the interest on the balance of my card put the card over the limit I agreed to start paying them $every two weeks to get caught up I related to them that under no circumstances were they to take mon

I was offered a 0% promotion rate on convenience checks and balance transfers that posted to my account within a specific time frameI understand purchases were not a part of this promotion
However, on April 8, I made a $purchase at a car dealership because I did not have a convenience check on me and did not have my debit cardOn April 10th I made a $payment to cover the purchase balance and maintain a 0% APR on the rest of the balanceI did not have a minimum payment due at the time

My credit card was stolen and I was assured by USAA that they would investigate They credited my account the charge and was told their was nothing to worry about Now they are saying that their was no fraud on the account and are going to take money from me I have had to CANCEL my debit card because of this and eBay even stated that their was fraud and helped me re-secure my account I have been a loyal member of USAA for a decade and they have completely let me down

I was charged interest of $that was incurred because of a payment that was not posted in a timely manner The payment had been mailed days prior to the date at which it was posted A history of delayed posting of payments is present over the last months I provided USAA with detailed information about the date that the subject payment had been mailed and prior payments that had long delays out of recent payments had long delays from the mailing date to the posting date The delays were days, days, and days I provided USAA detailed information that USPS performance cannot explain these delays

ive been acustomer with usaa 3yrs I had surgeries which I have had some finances difficulity I recieve a letter from them not renewing my creditcard I still have to pay my payment but cannot use my card I have other cards that iam able to use I dont understand there practies
