I have requested an investigation by USAA to determine why my payments were returned by multiple checking accounts that I have linked to USAAWhen you view my account on the main page of USAA you can see the accounts I have linked to USAA with balance information of the accounts I am attempting to use to pay my balanceI have successfully used my Sun Trust account to pay bills within the past year and to transfer money to USAAUSAA has informed me the PENFED bank account returned payments for incorrect account information as well as SunTrustThe account information is not incorrect and I have recently paid my credit card bill using my SunTrust accountI now have a delinquent payment reported to my credit reportI am not sure why this error is happening when trying to pay my bill because the information is correctI have been a paying customer of USAA since These types of payment processing errors bring in huge revenue for late and returned payment and interest fees.On Dec

In January 2016, I purchased tickets using my USAA credit card from *** *** for my husband, myself and my daughter to go to Las Vegas in November I received the tickets for my daughter and I electronically I never received my husbands ticket I called repeatedly and was given different excuses about the ticket In October 2016, I had to purchase a second ticket from my husband using my *** Federal credit card for the same trip Spirit charged both my credit cards but only sent me one ticket I have gone round and round with USAA and their claims resolution process and have not been able to get this resolved I provided them copies of both the USAA and *** bank statements showing the charges for my husbands ticket for the same trip on the same dates Every time I call USAA I am passed between Dispute Resolutions, Executive Resolutions and whom ever answers the phone that day I have spoken to everyone at USAA except the CEO Stuart Parker about this issue

In April of this year I contacted a company by the name of Credit Medics who I bought a service from for $I signed an agreement with them and never received the serviceI contacted USAA about the issue and disputed it On August 8th I received a letter about them reversing the credit without me receiving a refund or any informationI sent in several documents including the agreement and the contact I have had with them The company has refused to return any calls or emails

I recently moved to a new area and updated USAA accordinglyOn the 11th of may I contacted USAA because I needed to withdrawn a large amount of money out of the ATM to purchase a money order for a deposit on a rental house for my familyThis withdrawn required that my ATM limit be increased for the dayTo increase my limit I had to answer multiple questions to confirm myself as the account holder
The following day when trying to make a purchase at a gas station my debit card was declinedAfter reaching out to USAA my husband and I were informed that our account had been put into a credit only status which would not allow us to access our money in any wayUsaa 's estimate is that this issue will not be resolved until at least may 16th, even after we confirmed that the withdrawn was authorized
We are in a new area with no funds whatsoeverUSAA is our only funds and we cannot access them for at least daysI have a child to feed in this time and no money to buy food

Two issues I had reported an unauthorized charge on my credit cardUSAA required me to respond to a message They then sent a credit card to my home by FedEx without my authorization while I am traveling I got them to cancel the card but they will not send me a replacement by reglar mail because they have screwed up my account I do not understand why the customer should have to suffer for an employee's mistakeWhile on the line I tried to get information on their Rewards program because it is not available on their app I wanted to view what is available and how many points are needed Representative *** would not mail or provide me the information because she did not agree with the security the prior rep had verified This request should not have required verification as no security was involved I would like a replacement card sent and to be mailed information on options for redeeming the rewards program

I made a payment to my credit account for about $USD on July 31st The payment was taken from my checking and immediately reflected in my credit card balance on my account The next day I noticed the money was still taken from my account but that it was no longer applied to my credit payment I spoke to a rep (*** ***) for an hour and she let me know USAA is experiencing glitches in their payment system and it would be resolved by the next morning, she also confirmed the payment had not been applied and I was owed this money I call again the following day and spoke to a service rep *** who was hostile and told me I was not owed any money, she hung up on me I eventually spoke to the executive resolution team after getting "disconnected" times They let me know there is a glitch, and that getting my credit for the amount will take 2-business days, meanwhile my balance is due in days The bank took my money from my account and didn't apply it to my credit

Received an email from USAA regarding a solicitation for my USAA VISA credit card A link included with the email stated "If you have a USAA credit card, we'll remove the interest on any purchase or cash advances this week." I called USAA to confirm the offer and was eventually informed that the interest free offer includes purchases and cash advances and the interest free period was for months I immediately took advantage of the USAA VISA credit card offer However, on the next billing cycle I was charged interest I telephoned USAA and eventually spoke with Lori, employee #*** I expressed objection to the interest charges and Lori indicated that she would not honor the advertised interest offer for cash advances She was curt and obstinate I do have screen shots of the above described email and attached link These screen shots were previously sent to USAA

There was an offer on my mobile app of USAA that was going to be joint credit card with American Express, I accepted offer and then a few hours later an email from USAA came saying that my application was declined, but no explanation...a week alter I got a letter that my application was declined because of-maximum credit limit reached, I called to USAA and asked questions to different representatives (they transferred me times) nobody was able to answer my question and the last person who was suppose to answer instead she offered me credit monitoring servicesIt is useless to spend time to even call to this company
