I have been yelled at and threatened today by an employee named *** in Credit Card services after I requested to speak with a manager Who informed me that her manager on duty was ***My credit card has not been working properly and I've jumped through hoops to get the problem worked outWhen the card doesn't work properly I call USAA they in turn tell me to try again having FULL knowledge that after a 3rd attempt it blocks and disables the cardThen it Flags the FRAUD departmentAfterwards I can't use the card for several days and requesting a manager is Impossible if you expect a call backI have patronized this once wonderful company and I've only received manager call backs in a year period, after requesting it mor than timesI want the CEO to receive this complaint and have someone competent communicate with me that doesn't not fall into the Philosphy that the company is always right Screaming and yelling and threatening a customer will get the response tha

I previously had a Mastercard with USAA which was paid in full last June I had had service problems with the company and I told the representative that I was closing my accounts, most of which I did shortly thereafter I did not get a July statement In August USAA changed my Mastercard to a Visa card I did not activated the credit card, nor did I accept the changed Terms and Conditions When I called to cancel the account shortly after it was issued I was told I owed an annual fee for the account Since I never activated the card or accepted the terms of the account, I do have a contract with USAA that requires me to pay this fee but they refuse to close out by account until I pay it They have been sending me repeated collections notices and I have spoken to a manager in their collections department to no avail

We were offered over the phone a deal on 0% balance transfers When speaking with the representative, I specifically asked about future purchases on the card and if that would affect the 0% interest on the balance transfer I was assured it would not affect it and that we could make additional purchases without imperiling this deal We were then charged interest on the additional purchases even though we made a payment, because they applied the payment to the balance transfer and not new purchases What this does is essentially force us to pay down the balance transfer immediately to avoid interest on the new purchases, defeating the purpose of the deal When we contacted customer service, they said this language was in their fine print, which was not told to us over the phone, and that we should not use the card for additional purchases, which again was not mentioned with their agent This is essentially a bait and switch, leaving out very important information in their sales pi

Following an issue on my part to have USAA explain locking me out of my credit card usage They told me that my CC was compromised, I tried for day's to explain that my card had not been compromised It was no use, they did not cooperate with me at all! I was frustrated that I could not use my card, after a week I contacted them to cancel my account, that I was not interested in doing business with the companyI paid them the balance owed and assumed everything was taken care of, until I received notice from credit bureaus stating that my credit rating had plunged from to Following my research I found that USAA had reported my card was cancelled by the grantor, I was furious, I have tried repeatedly to contact USAA and have a correction made, I have not received a response to date I have worked hard to maintain excellent credit ratings

Have a visa card from them I noticed interest charge okay no problem is prob the yearly interest on most cards, got charged again I chat they told me that's a monthly interest rate on top of the monthly fees and it will continue until debt is paidso a minimung of on top of a closed to dollars amount interest

I had a credit card and have had some financial difficulties over the past couple years; however I had a payment plan with USAA for the credit card where my account was drafted each month In Jan the first payment returned and I was told the account would discharge if not made up by a certain time The payment was made up as well as a new payment plan in which they took two payments for a couple months $& $and was only supposed to take one, $This was finally corrected but the card still charged off in Feb after I did all I agreed to and was told it would be corrected I was constantly promised a call back and a resolution within days, which to this date neither one has occurred, however they continued to draft my account for the $through May I want this charge off reversed IMMEDIATELY as promised and the credit reporting corrected from that point I have no problem paying the card off but I expect USAA to do as they said they would

I applied for a credit card balance transfer to my USAA credit card in AugustI have called them several times they say they're working on it and nothing ever happens and they don't give me a time frame with us we played it they sent the payment to the wrong BankI have not receive that credit card credit and have also been paying interest on my USAA credit card for that balance transfer interest

USAA have transferred a closed account to a Third Party administrator (TPA) called Northland Group, because of this, my settlement agreed with myself and the TPA is not reflected when USAA report on my credit reportI have called USAA multiple of times for a letter to show my account was sent to a third party for collections and they have denied my requestI also contacted the third party and they have told me that they are still under USAAIf that is the case all of the letters and agreements I have received should have USAA letter head
