Usaa offered me a credit card saying I could transfer any balance I had on other credit cards and I would have 0% apr until December I accepted the offer and when I asked them to tranfer my balance from another usaa credit card to the new credit card, the refusedI replied to the USAA employee that no where in the over the phone conversation with their representative they mentioned that I could not do a usaa to usaa credit card transferThe usaa employee agreed with me but said his hands were tied Also the same thing happened when I asked to speak to a managerI belive this is a fraudulent way of doing business and selling a product What I'm asking is for USAA to transfer my previous balance to my new 0% APR credit card they issued me, and give me what they offered me when I initially excepted this offer

USAA NationStar changed collectors I had automatic payments going to the collector I called USAA after seeing a late fee and they said that the late fee would be waived and that I would not be reported to any crediting agency I paid in full, advanced paid the rest of the month and started new payments to the new collector in accordance with USAA guidance I received a call within weeks saying I was late however after review while on the phone the representative saw that again it was USAA's fault and that they would again waive any late fee and not report it to any credit agency I called back several weeks later to verify no late fee and no credit report adverse action which USAA representative again guaranteed My credit report shows Jula day late charge for the account All phone conversations were documented according to the representative

I've been out of work since Sept and informed USAA debt collector EVERY time they calledI also said I CAN'T make a payment on my credit card TILL Feb and I will make a payment WHEN I actually HAVE a paycheckThat was a promise to pay and I asked them to mad record of that and to STOP harassing and caling meMy situation HASN'T AND WON'T CHANGE! Harassed by USAA with computerized call hangups, and then had my credit rating damaged by them after fraud and a compromised credit card

ive been acustomer with usaa 3yrs I had surgeries which I have had some finances difficulity I recieve a letter from them not renewing my creditcard I still have to pay my payment but cannot use my card I have other cards that iam able to use I dont understand there practies

I am my father's POA He is years old and he does have some cognitive impairment issues My father did not understand what he was looking at and though USAA was offering him a line of credit I started taking over his bills and paying his bills in February I noticed he had quite a bit of fraud on his accounts with Wells Fargo, Chase, and USAA The Wells Fargo and Chase fraud have been resolved quickly, efficiently, and completed several months ago USAA is still pending The fraudulent charges with USAA go back to and go to present The first time I started the claim process with them, in February, the girl said she could only do transactions She did and I let her know there were over transactions that needed to be disputed I was told to send in all disputed trans, and to have my name notarized I printed a copy of the year end statements and put a black X next to each transaction that is in dispute I was told I had to have my signature written times an

My USAA card ending in *** is always declining purchases or utilitiesAlwaysThis card has even declined Amazon.comSometimes and usually the excuse is nothing is declined "We show no declined authorizations, Sir."
However now USAA is finally admitting it, and the excuse is "address mismatch"
What the hell?
I have proof the address is not mismatched, I've lived at this address for over years!
This is just a blatant lie, and I know USAA only gives CCs with decent credit limits because they have zero intention of letting the customer use said credit limit!
My card was locked on March 29, 2016, and yet I could not talk to anyone at USAA as the offices were closed!
I ended up using my Chase card, which I was able to call them beforehand and say "please allow my gift card purchase from Amazon and Entropay", which they did whitelist in there systems! It's not difficult USAA!

The fraud department contacted me about activity on my card I advised that I had possession of my card and was using my cardThe fraud representative stated that she had unlocked my card and it was available to use againI was not able to use my card and did not have access to any of my checking or savings account funds the entire weekend because when I called the fraud department back the recording said it was closed to call back during business hoursMy only alternative was a cash advance from my credit cardI called that monday and the credit card representative stated that I would have to wait for the charges to show up and not be pending then call back to have them refunded and that she had noted the accountShe also unlocked my cardI called back again once the cash advance fee and interest fee for the cash advance showed up and the credit card representative stated he would refund the cash advance fee but he could not refund the interest so he transferred me to the executi

I called USAA Fed Savings Bank on or about Oct to close out a Visa credit card account that we no longer use I was informed that there were no charges on the card and the last charge was in February USAA closed the account
I noticed a $charge later in October and called the bank to inquireI was told that the $was a renewal fee for the Visa card that I had closed weeks earlierI explained that I had closed the account and had been told that there were no outstanding charges
I have tried to resolve this charge with the bank but they have said that there is nothing they can do
On Nov, I talked to the 'resolution department' and was informed again, that there was nothing they could do
They also informed me that they would NOT be sending me any Visa cards for the account because the account was closed

March of I bought a photo booth which would be used for wedding/party/events etc The system was designed by one individual who had to provide training for the booth to work He never provided the training I had split the cost of the booth between credit card companies Wells Fargo and USAA Wells Fargo investigation was very thorough and they sided in my favor USAA didn't ask any questions and didn't understand the dispute and refused to look at my documentation and handed a ruling that had nothing to do with the dispute USAA said I could submit Wells Fargo's findings and would get back to me in 3-bizdays to let me know if they would re-open my case I submitted Wells Fargo's ruling and called again on Oct I have tried calling several times and nothing has been resolved nor will the persons involved call me back to let me know where the case stands

Unauthorized charges was done on two of my accounts totaling $USAA Fraud Analyst stated the charges were valid based on dates and timeI ask to have someone to review the transactions because they were not done by me USAA refused to review the history on my accounts to see I do not do large withdraws without calling the bank firstand I have never done balance inquiries at an atm I was told by a bank representative the person who stole my information tried did a lot of balance inquiries and failed pin attempts at different locationsThat should have sent red flags to the bank but it did not USAA said someone would call me backI never received a call backThey claim someone called me back and I did not answer but they would not give me the phone number they called said it was confidential I even called the police and gave them the police report numberNothing is being done at this bank to resolve my issues, I call everyday but nothing is being done

USAA CC services deleted Reward points that could be exchanged for Cash Back to pay the balance dueThey claim they "own" the rewards program and are not obligated to inform customers when they make adjustments like eliminating points from a supposed mistake in their system which was not documented in any way with an explanation
Secondly, they merged with a different CC and bank using this new CC # to charge the account before I received the CC and activated itI have no record of the new CC# because it was not sent to me and is not visible anywhere on my online account except for the last numbersI was not given the opportunity ahead of time to OPT_OUT of solicitations and selling of my info because they have already created a transaction from an auto bill pay without my permission to use the new CCI had NOT even received it yet

On 10-12-I contacted USAA to activate my membershipI opened savings and checking accounts plus was approved for a credit cardOn 10-15-I called back in response to emails that I received from them about needing information from meI was transferred to many different people and had to go through their awful security check for each person and they were for the most part impatient and nastyI could not get any answers and they refused to let me speak to a customer service managerI tried to call back again on 10-16-with a similar experience Every attempted call took over an hour I then got a letter saying that they needed a copy of a utility bill to prove my address as otherwise my accounts would be closed as of 11-4-I faxed my land line phone bill on10-26-which I saw on my online account had been receivedThe reason that I got the credit card was because it does not charge transaction fees for purchases out of the country and I am going on a trip over Thanksgiv

I am a member of USAA but they will not allow me the option to have the secured American Express card they offer other members My father was also an Air Force member I do not understand how they can legally refuse to offer a product to some members and not others I can open a securing saving account with them

I had two accounts with USAAOne being a motorcycle loan and the other a credit cardBoth of these accounts are reporting grossly erroneous informationThese accounts are causing a hardship and extreme stress after going through several different avenues to get this corrected
