At this time, I have not been contacted by Signature Productions regarding complaint ID [redacted].We have filed actions against them with the [redacted] police department and will be submitting a Small Claims Court case also.  These are still pending.  The company has not contacted us.  We have been given several different stories.  All contradict each other.  From the person that I first spoke to (Bryan F[redacted]) was fired. However, I was told in the beginning he was the owner. We were told we by Bryan we could have a refund if we choose and then were told that he never said this.  We were told we could receive an upgrade to our hot tub if we agreed to have delivery around  July 4th.  Then the hot tub never showed up and then were told that Bryan never agreed to upgrade the hot tub.  So since so many things were "told " to us and then gone back on we wrote a letter to Spa Blowout and requested any communication with them be in writing.  We have never heard from them at all.  Every outlet that have reached out to them have gotten no response (Revdex.com, [redacted]).  So we will be filing charges against them in a court of law.  However, this case is NOT complete and still pending finalization.

To Whom it May Concern, We apologize for any confusions related to the financing process. If the customer was approved for financing and decides she does not wish to proceed with the line of credit offered by the finance company, we strongly recommend contacting the financing company directly...

and informing them so they can take the necessary actions to close the account. We do not house an account for Miss. Although we distribute the product, we are not manufacturer, and any issues regarding warranty and service should be directed to them. We are aware that a new hot tub was delivered to the customer under warranty, as we assisted in coordinating the placement of...

However, if the spa needs service the customer should call the service department at (804) 298-3950 and they can assist with any services needed. Services needed under warranty have nothing to do with the agreement that the customer has with the lending bank, and we do not recommend that he discontinue making payments as agreed. 
In the interest of goodwill, Signature Productions will have a "Barefoot First Aid Kit" sent to the customer at no charge in the interest of goodwill. He can contact our customer service department at any time if he would like us to further facilitate any communications with the manufacturer.

we committed to in the contract he signed. Many
people make the common mistake about searching the brand after an event and
many people do not understand that these reviews are written by previous
customers who made purchased from a different company that in not in any
affiliation with [redacted] ([redacted] has been under new ownership for the
better part of a year) or they are written by our competitors in various
markets. I can, however, guarantee that all of our customer service and
respective supervisors will do and have done everything within the best of our
capabilities to resolve any and all customer complaints and any possible
maintenance issues. Please keep in mind that these resolutions have been met
solely within the realms of the legal contract or purchase agreement that the
customer must sign at the point of sale at each event.
In [redacted] letter, he states that he made a deposit of
$1,000 to initiate the delivery process for his purchase. In this instance, the
contract clearly states that all sales are final and the balance must be paid
in full before any goods are unloaded. However, it also stats that in the event
of requesting a cancellation for a purchase, via a submitted written
cancellation letter for the customer, the restocking free is to be equal to the
amount paid up to the time of cancellation. 
We would also t this time like to indicated we have not received payment
for the remaining of his purchase nor such written letter of a cancellation
request from him.
We are willing and able to uphold our obligation to fulfill
the delivery of his spa as per the purchase agreement once the balance has nee
satisfied or being the cancellation process once a written document of
cancellation has been received from him. We would like to welcome him to feel
free to contact our office in inform us if which of these two option he would
like to take.

I have called and left a voice mail for the consumer to arrange delivery this Thursday evening if possible. If he cannot accept it at that time our delivery man will be back on Monday of next week to handle several local Richmond delivieries for his acceptance.

I did provide my signed letter of cancellation in person the very next day to [redacted] and another unnamed individual (identified as the manager), they flat out rejected it.  I will be calling their customer service today in order to inform them that I will be emailing a scanned copy of the signed cancellation letter and to request to refund my money.Details the vendor is leaving out:  I did present the cancellation letter in person, along with a printed copy of the Iowa statue that declares these types of sales tactics as unlawful when the customers' three day right to cancel is not presented to the prospective customer, or when it's not honored. The vendor claimed they were exempt because of a "permit" that no one can find or present, not the local city/county, or state of Iowa. That's when I contacted an attorney to send a letter on my behalf.

[The hot tub cover was just put on our deck by the delivery man(which is not where the hot tub was) My husband to the best of his knowledge was not asked to inspect anything before they left. He did notice a crease in the lid cover but did not see the little tear because it was hidden in the crease which I saw when I inspected the same day but the delivery men had already gone and I called the salesman ASAP and he contacted the delivery men but they had already left the area.This can be verified by [redacted], which signature productions needs to do.

To whom it may concern, Our records indicate that the customer customer called and left a message yesterday, and our customer service short staffed due to a family emergency. If the missing item was notated on the delivery ticket the customer signed, then the backorder would be processed when...

it is received from the third party delivery company. This generally takes 2-3 business days. Our customer service is returning all incoming voicemails as promptly as possible despite being short handed, and all voicemails should be returned by end of business tomorrow.

He never told me about the contract until the next day during his phone conversations.  Yes they offered to install a lift on the cover, but as I told them, I still could not climb the steps to get into the spa. And I did say if you have to keep the $[redacted], I would understand, but never the other $[redacted].  Please give me back my $[redacted] money as a responsible company should.Thank you

I see that we have attempted to contact this customer several times, but their voicemail box was full. I have emailed her to clarify what the issue is and how we can solve it for her. Please have [redacted] either email us or give us a call at [redacted].

Again, this is untrue. As stated twice before, I never cancelled the contract for the $*,[redacted].  They cancelled it when they stated they would not write up the contract in the same format and wording as the original, and then promptly hung up on me.  And, once again, we were told numerous times by the salesman that our deposit would be refunded, should we cancel.

We received the email with the attached response from the Signature Productions/Spa Blowout representative on Tuesday, 11/21. As the response indicated the representative would call us in the morning (assuming Wednesday, 11/22).  I waited at the house all day on Wednesday for the call from the representative. No phone call was received. This is a reoccurring theme with Signature/SpaBlowout. Since no phone call was received, I have no way to verify the spa was shipped last week and will be delivered this week. With that said, we are going to reject the offer/resolution and insist again, that Signature Productions/SpaBlowout/Barefoot Spas return our $[redacted].  We wish a speedy response from Signature Productions/SpaBlowout/Barefoot Spas, as our next course of action will be legal action, both civil and criminal. spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on 11/07/2017, the date this complaint was filed. We attempted to contact the technician they hired to affect repairs on the spa to no avail. Please note: Issues such as these typically indicate that the wiring from the GFCI breaker and the spa is incorrect somehow somewhere. Due to city and county codes, customers must hire a licensed electrician to make these connects. Spa Blowout is not involved in connecting the spa to power. We will continue to work towards a resolution for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. Gus A[redacted]  [redacted]

The three day right to rescission doesn't apply to this customers purchase and the customer is more than welcome to contact our customer service department at [redacted] to discuss. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or refunds as stated in the contract that the customer signed.
