To obtain a satisfactory resolution, we encourage the customer to contact us directly. I am rejecting this response because: this is a non answer as to why your customer service persons are not allowed to give information over the phone about my account. I did call and ask but was told they don't know so WHY should I call again? Maybe you should hand write me a letter regarding it then or get some customer service skills and pick up the phone and call me so we can talk since apparently the number on your app is not correct.

[redacted]’ account was locked for security reasons. On 12/15/16 the account was fully unlocked and his funds made available.

This complaint was submitted on 1/15 prior to the customer resolving the issue with one of our Customer Relations agents that same day.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted Simple directly multiple times, on multiple occasions, and they have told me that they can't give me phone support nor can give me email support. Sincerely,[redacted]

We apologize for the imprecise wording of our last response. The situation had been resolved from a financial perspective, and as [redacted] acknowledges, we are unable to address specifics via the Revdex.com. We suggest that further inquiries be made via either our Customer Support line or our support messaging system.
