I am rejecting this response because:okay, like I've stated, this has been going on for a month. I have filed a complaint with the CFPB, and then Simple ISNT EVEN HANDELING IT, you pushed it off onto BBVA who requested 60 days so no, it's NOT.BEING.HANDLED.QUICKLY. Also, I just sent documentation into Simple that PROVED I was out of town and now the Dispute Team is not answering any messages I send. They denied the original dispute in 2 days. Now this needs fixed immediately. Also, your manager sent a message that blatantly implicates Simple saying they are breaking a legally binding agreement. So get the dispute, see my documentation and fix it.

I am rejecting this response because: Since 3/31/2017 I have made a post on their official Facebook page expressing my dissatisfaction and I have also posted a review on their app page in the Google Play store and Simple has responded to both posts, yet the bank STILL has not replied to my emails that I sent through their email systems. When I filed this complaint I agreed that Simple could share my information to bring resolution to this dispute and according to their privacy policy, Simple Bank "... may disclose any information we collect about current and former customers, including nonpublic personal information, to affiliates and non-affiliated third parties as follows: (6) With other nonaffiliated companies for our everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations or report to credit bureaus. For example, in connection with our everyday business purposes, we may share information about you as follows:With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information."
I need to have access to my money as soon as possible and I refuse to let Simple Bank hide behind its Privacy Policy when I gave permission for the bank to share details. I need my money Today, Monday, April 3, 2017. My relationship is and should be considered everyday business and I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. I have financial obligations and I go to work everyday for the money that I earn and once trusted with Simple Bank. I will not be ignored or redirected. Give me access to my money immediately.

Simple has reviewed this account in detail and the decision has been made to close the account. Accounts with Simple are currently for personal use only - unfortunately the activity on this account was not in agreement with this as he explained to our Customer Relations agents that he was using the...
