I am rejecting this response because: There's is already a CFPB complaint in place which apparently was pushed off onto BBVA (at least I got a response from BBVA) for a MONTH. So this isn't even being handled through that quickly like you state. It's not anything about a personal relationship with Simple, it's you guys knowingly denying disputes even though the FDIC insurs checking accounts and protects fraudulent charges. If this PS about a personal relationship with Simple, then you denying disputes did our "relationship" is unethical.
