*** account had activity that was connected very closely with another Simple customer and some transfers between the two took placeThe other customer's initial deposit into the account was a large check that was returned causing some worryShortly after, *** deposited a check into his
account that had the same routing and account number as the check that was deposited into the other customer's account and returnedNoticing this and the movement of the money we became very cautious in how we proceeded with both *** account and the otherWe are in the process of resolving this for both parties in a matter that Simple is comfortable with

I am rejecting this response because it is wrongAccording to item #under the Disclosure of Information section of Simple's Privacy Policy, I
(5) With other nonaffiliated companies for our everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations or report to credit bureausFor example, in connection with our everyday business purposes, we may share information about you as follows:
In response to a request for information, if we are required by, or we believe disclosure is in accordance with, any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
With relevant law enforcement officials or other third parties, such as investigators or auditors, if we believe it is appropriate to investigate fraud;
If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Simple or others;
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Simple’s assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company; and
With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information
The Federal Privacy Policy allows this as well

I reject this response because I, *** ** ***, both authorize and insist that simple 'Bank' answer my complaint with detailThis is characteristic of their business practices--they are secretive and non-transparent and essentially say we have the right to be so simply because we are a bankThis is asinine and criminal, and I DEMAND redressAll of you who are thinking of using this bank, please avoid for your sake, this is a sham!

I am rejecting this response because:"I am so confused about this complaint. Is a human being monitoring and reading these communications? The business says they can't speak on financial matters. One of the communications includes a permission form to address this. I completed and returned it and yet I just received yet another response that the business can't speak about financial matters. Who sent the permission form, the Revdex.com or the business? I can't believe this! This is the second email I've sent about this outside of the system using the email address you, the Revdex.com, provided. I've not received any response to these messages but I keep receiving responses within the system which are continuing to contribute to the problem!"

Simple is not complying with FCRA"As previously stated" my client is not your customer, she is a victim of identity theft. Simple continues to suggest contacting the FTC, "as previously stated" they don't resolve fraud claims. I will suggest that my client file a legal claim against Simple as you are not complying with a federal law.
No more inept responses from Simple are required. From the itic response I've received each time, I can only assume that I am corresponding with individuals who have the intelligence and industry knowledge of a junior high student

Simple's actions are morally reprehensibleThey are right, they're not like a traditional bankThey are worse I have had no money since the 18thI can't pay my rentI am still recovering from being hit by an SUV while walking and in the middle of a lawsuit for it I have reached my limit of what I can take.

As previously stated, we're unable to provide service or information to non-customers regarding a customer's accountWe ask that *** client contact us directly and/or direct the client to the FTC to report the identity theft which will then be routed to Simple directly
