I have legal authorization to speak on my client's behalf and I am not requesting customer service, I am requesting a fax number I don't need any information about the fraudulent account, I need to submit dispute paperwork to clear my client's name.I have worked on behalf of victim's of identity theft for years along with several colleaguesWe have never submitted dispute paperwork to the FTC because they are not the issuer of the account; therefor not able to clear my client's nameIt is the responsibility of the creditor to adhere to FCRA and allow the account to be disputed. How do "customers" dispute fraud at your company if you won't provided a fax number in order to submit dispute paperwork? My client has contacted Simple to notify the account is not hersShe hired me to follow up and submit paperwork on her behalf. All of the documentation I would like to submit are legally binding, notarized items

I am rejecting this response because:Yes that sounds as convoluted as all the other conversations I have had with simple. I ask them if the sky is blue and they tell me that the orange is round. I have personally contacted them and this is what i've had to deal with.I thank you very much for your time and effortI have chosen not to bank with simple due to their failure to simply communicate.I do not see why they must complicate something simple.Dragging this out would simply lead to more headaches than they are worth.

We are aware of a rare existing bug in our mobile app which occasionally causes the customer to see mobile deposit rejects when the check in question has actually been received and is under reviewOur Customer Service team identified that *** was having this problem, and suggested that she
contact us whenever she needed confirmation that a check had been receivedThey also confirmed that both checks she was attempting to deposit had been received by us
Unfortunately, a miscommunication with our partner bank led to an attempt to deposit *** checks twice, once via mobile deposit and once via paper checkThe issue is currently being resolved with our Customer Service department

This fraudulent bank, its CEO/founder, and its representatives have deliberately stolen my deposited funds and possibly my personal/private information/identityTherefore, the only plausible remedy acceptable at this point is to immediately refund me the total amount stolen; and promptly close my account and mail me a confirmation of the latter
