No customer service refused refund
I have had this product since January and I have had nothing but issues with it. I paid the entire year up front and I would like a refund. I have left several emails and to no avail

I want a refund for the the months I haven't used including April

Member started received and activated the membership card and the membership, member has been using the service since 12/29/2017 total of 7 times, member reached us for the user related issues which was responded/solved as can be seen on the communication screenshots. member's other attemps to reach us was to request refund which was refused according to membership terms. Last time member has used the servise on 5/1/2018

It's simple, I paid for a service, I don't care for it and I want a refund. If I would've known that I would have these issues I would've never accepted the terms of this service. I don't plan on using the service anymore so why should I pay for what I'm not using.

If I would've known that you would scam people out of money I would have never used this service. You know as well as I do that it's just wrong to hide a clause in the terms and agreement knowing that nobody reads it. It's ridiculous

Upon reviewing your account we see that you have 4 unused months in your Sinemia account therefore as a gesture of *** we have cancelled and refunded your remaining months as you have requested. Your refund will be processed on Sinemia's end within 1-2 weeks. Thanks.

I prepaid for an annual "3 Ticket / Month" membership, $167.88. They advertise their service as:

"Get your free 2D or 3D tickets in any theater, at any movie and benefit from features like reserved seating, the*** experience, private screening and more for one low monthly fee."

This is blatant false advertising. My first movie was a "premium" format, no issues. Then I was denied an *** ticket a few days later. After combing through their support site I found BURIED in an FAQ that only 1 ticket/month can be used for "premium" formats. This detail wasn't made apparent at any point during the signup process and had I known this, I wouldn't have signed up.

Here are two examples of the numerous complaints of false advertising:

- ***I requested my account be canceled and fees refunded on March 28th. On the 29th *** responded to my ticket with a "No".

That's not acceptable, they took my money under false pretenses.

It clearly states on our website both in FAQs and membership Terms which every member is accepted before signing up, that Sinemia Memberships provide access to Premium format showings(***, ***, *** etc.) once every 30 days.

Burying "once every 30" language in your TOS is *notclearly stating this huge limitation of your service.

I also see you've changed some of the language on your homepage, but the FAQ right on the front page says *NOTHINGabout the 30day limitation:

What about *** or*** movies?
Sinemia Elite can be used for all movies and showtimes, including *** and***!

There is no argument to be made here. You're falsely advertising "any format, any showtime, any theater". That's just blatantly not true.

Please, cancel my account, refund my money, and we can both find more constructive things to do with our time.

The customer has subscribed to their plan (12 Months (3 Movie Days)/ $167.88) with the promo code "***" on February 23rd and activated their subscription on March 5th. It clearly states on our website both in FAQs and Terms and Conditions, which every member is accepted before signing up, that Sinemia Elite subscriptions provide access to Premium format showings (***, ***, *** etc.) once every 30 days. The related article of the membership Term can easily be accessed from the link below or following the path on our website. Our related FAQ is also accessible to all visitors under the title "What about *** or*** movies?" on our main page at *** and the same FAQ can also be reached through our support center at help.*** where all our members visit to seek support and find answers to question and comments of all kind. Customers may also receive information about concluded movie formats both on Plans (***) page while selecting their plan to subscribe and before proceeding to purchase their subscription on payment screen. The customer has disputed the payment ($167.88) because product unacceptable on April 17th. Sinemia has submitted evidence on April 23rd. The chargeback has been completed on May 18th and the payment has been refunded to customer.
