Horrible company...SLS bought my loan from Wells Fargo earlier this year, we've had NOTHING but trouble with themNOW this is the last straw! I gave them a partial payment of with a promise to pay the rest on our paydayEven got a conf#THEY TOOK ALL OF IT OUT!!! Overdrew my account which incurred tremendous feesThis looks bad if I want a car loan or anything elsePLEASE if you can refinance and get away from them

I fill that I have a broken and misleading mortgage contractthe staff at sls also give misleading information that leads the borrower to loose their homethey include my husband income for remodification but not was he pay out, denying me of a remodification we have been trying for the longest and sls is not the original loan

Please note that I'm years old with limited income which consists solely of Social SecurityI applied for a modification of my loan given the limited income and higher expenses including health issues being hospitalized several times during the last couple of monthsSLS failed to make any meaningful modification offerHowever, I received a notification from SLS indicating that I owe $in “PROPERTY VALUATION-BPO.” I was not previously given any notice that I will be charged $This does not make sense since the reason I was applying is that I have no money to pay my bills and have health issues
If I would have been notified that SLS wanted to charge additional money I would not have appliedAdditionally, no one came to my house to inspect it

My loan was sold to this company in NovemberI had repeated issues with incorrect billing and escrow and had to get it rectified through the CEOI am now being charged late fees that are not applicableI was sent a check for over payment last month due to their escrow mess up, my bill was paid and processed on time yet I get a bill showing a late fee arriving to my home days prior to when a late fee would be assessed! I have demanded correction and have been repeatedly ignored and this is on my credit reportI want my bill corrected my credit corrected and new bill sent to me so I may pay it by the end of the monthI also am very tired of having to battle them for some trot or another every month

I had fell behind on payments for my mortgage There were maybe going on payments I contacted SLS to try and get help They offered to have me on a payment plan of $something dollars over months to catch up and continue payments I could not make a payment so I called to see if they could adjust They stated they had another arrangement which was weekly payments of $something for weeks I though it seemed odd for them to suggest but was trying to keep my home and make ends meet I later called back to question why payment plan was suggested because I was not that far behind to have those many payments set up different employees suggested that the 2nd payment plan was unethical and one even asked me why I would agree to such a plan I explained that I was trying to come to a solution and trusted the mortgage company So after several calls I had talked with different people who both said the $something was cancelled Long and behold they withdrew $

My loan company Specialized Loan Servicing took if upon themselves to pay my property taxes and in doing so mistakenly paid my stepson's taxes He has his own loan from a different company and has a separate partial which is in my wife's name and his I have called their customer service line and sent a letter to their CEO MrToby W*** in Highlands Ranch, Colorado We pay our own taxes every year and did not request to be put on escrow and do not wish to be put on escrow and have express this to them in writing and over the phone They insist that my stepson's property is the same partial number as ours His number is *** and ours is ***  as you can see there is clearly two different numbers With this mistake he can not pay his taxes and nether can we We owned the property that the house sets own free and clear before we took out the loan for the house, the loan was for the house only and the property was never part of the

Every month my HELOC payment is electronically sent directly from Wells Fargo Bank to SLS for the monthlyI have been using this same process since the day SLS purchased by loan from OCWENOn 7/6/16, I received my July statement stating SLS did not receive a June payment that was due 6/17/I sent an email via the SLS website regarding the error and I called and spoke with *** on 7/7/She told me that they has "system issue" around that time frame in June and my payment probably did not get processed and applied correctlyShe told me I had to submit the proof of paymentI obtained a proof of payment from Wells Fargo bank showing the money was deposited electronically delivered to SLS on 6/9/I also submited a bank statement showing the money was taken out of my checking accountOn 7/12/I called to follow up that the proof of payment and bank statement was received as they would only accept Us post office mail or fax and I do not have a fax machineThey would not ac

In December my home insurance expired, but I was not apprised about it by SLS until last week of April when SLS sent a mail to my houseI was under the impression that SLS was making regular payments for the home insurance
To rectify the situation, I bought new insurance the following weekThe home insurance company charged me a premium because I had no coverage for the last few monthsInstead of compensating me for the premium charged by the home insurance company, SLS fined me $because they bought back coverage
I called their offices and spoke to a representative who understood my situation and put me across to a managerI left a voicemail for the manager and never heard back
I'd like to have the aforementioned fine refunded by SLS and com

My loan got sold to Specialized loan servicing I have sent them two checks, both on time Both checks were cashed for a LOWER amount than what I wrote the check for With this I received a phone call telling me I am late on my payment and owe another $late feeThey tell me to produce a copy of the checks for proof to get the late fee rebated Well guess what, they do not return the check or provide copies of the check to my bank so now what? This is disappointing and now costing me a lot of time to highlight their mistakes I will be going for a refinance ASAP!

SLS bought our home loan in October I have had nothing but issues with this company since then They have not applied payments to my account, which has caused them to call and say I am delinquent my loan paymentsThe payments were made and I have bank statements to prove They have applied late fees to my account which is illegal within days of buying the loan It should be noted I have never been late on a payment Their system is unorganized and shows inconsistency of my account information every time I call I have been threatened of being reported to the credit bureau by representatives of the company ( which I can understand if I never made payments, but that is not the case) I have spent hours on the phone with the company to straighten things out and have requested a letter to show they have fixed their mistakes So far no letter I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They are very unprofessional, Unorganized, & have a lack of knowledge of the services they should be providing to customers who pay on time and take their credit and finances seriously I am hoping they will correct the mistakes they have made and only time will tell Its hard to have any faith in this company with their lack of performance so far

I do not know where to startSince the time my loan has moved from BOA to SLS, all sort of problems have beginI never asked to modify my loan but I get at least two calls every week about modification of my loanI never has Escrow account with BOA, they created Escrow for no reasonI have been paying my mortgage on time every month, now they reported to Transunion that I am delinquent by daysEvery time I speak over phone, learn about new problemWorst company to deal for mortgage.They will add charges without any reason if you are not lateSince the time (Feb 2018) my loan moved to SLS, I may have made more than calls but no success in getting things straightVery upset, disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessionalism of SLSDear Managers/Supervisors/Leaders at SLS: Can you guys help?? or there is no hope?

They bought my loan They called me days after getting the loan transferred and said I was past due on my loan and I already paid with the previous loan servicer The previous loan servicer said they would get a full payment and now they are asking me for $of a past due balance Dont even get me started on the representatives and how poorly they communicate I would be fired if I talked to customers the way they do

I have been trying to have a PMI payment cancelled with this company, after my mortgage was resold to them at the beginning of the yearCurrently, PMI is still being taken out of escrow despite my mortgage now at 76% LTV When at 80%, they required a $appraisal on the property when we had refinanced months earlier This itself is ridiculous as a quick mls search in area within the last mos is sufficient to see the value of home had not declined A full reappraisal in such a short time period is absurdAs the appraisal cost was more than continuing PMI payments until reaching 78%, I waited We received a letter saying PMI would be cancelled automatically, as required by law, at 78% When I realized PMI was still being charged after hitting 78% I called SLS, only to have a representative try and tell me I had to hit 78% of the balance of the loan when refinanced, not the value of the loan, an obvious and ridiculous lieminutes of phone arguing eventually had them tell me I could submit a written response requesting to remove PMI (despite this in explicit violation of the law) I did Two months later, I am still trying to get this charge removedBeyond this, their website is completely unreliable Statements can rarely be successfully downloaded, basic account information like amortization schedules are not available My property taxes were successfully appealed and reduced by 60%, yet I cannot get the company to review escrow payments to reflect the changeTheir customer service reps online are a combination of purposely undertrained/incompetent and liarsThis company seems to be set up only to capture fees / foreclosure out of anyone not paying close attention It has been a real eye opener to see how your mortgage can be resold to such a disreputable company with no recourse for the mortgagee

Filed request for home loan modification in December while on disabilityMultiple requests for duplicate documentationLost documentation, refusal to enter into dialogueOffered a standard repayment plan of per monthRefusal to consider any other alternatives because I "qualified" for standard repayment plan
