I am being reported as a late pay to all credit bureaus on the final payoff of home I had a mortgage through them on as my 2nd mortgage SLS has reported me as more than days late to all credit bureaus and I would like those removedI made the mortgage company aware I was selling the house do to medical conditionsThe mortgage was paid in full but I was hit with a late payment fee and my credit has now been ruined because I this I was set to close on a new house and now can not because this has dropped my scoreI have had issues with SLS losing paperwork I sent in to lower my paymentsAfter all of these years and all the trouble I have been through all I want is a refund of the final late fee sent to me and all credit bureaus to be notified to remove the late payment so that I can go on with my life

I have tried to payoff my loan and have requested a payoff on separate occasions; 3/12/2018, 4/6/2018, and 4/19/I have not received a payoff statement at allI paid my statement that was due 4/1/on 3/12/The amount due was $and I paid $26938.88!!! My check cleared on 3/23/but their system shows I haven’t made a payment since 2/26/AND they sent me a LATE NOTICE today with late fees
I have tried to resolve all of this over the phone with repeated calls and being on hold endlesslyI have NO CONFIDENCE THTA THIS WILL BE RESOLVED WITHOUT EFFECTING MY CREDIT!
Today I am mailing a check for $which should put my loan on a balance but I need help from the Revdex.com with resolution due to no resolution from Specialized Loan

My loan was sold to this company from *** ** *** in January of this year (1/2018) My account was under a Federally declared natural disaster forbearance contract for the 1st three months (Oct, Nov, and Dec 2017) On first week of January 2018, *** ** *** granted a month extension to this original forbearance (Jan, Feb, and Mar 2018)
Once my loan was transferred in January to SLS they told me my account is months past due and need payment immediately After MANY calls to this company explaining the Federal Natural declared disaster forbearance and extension I had to fax/email (several times) my forbearance agreement contracts with *** ** *** and they would honor them After even receiving a letter from them stating my forbearance and extension through march has been granted and approved, I paid the outstanding balance in full to bring my account current through March

SLS was the company servicing my loan when I sold my property in June After contacting the company serval times they have failed to refund my escrow as of the date of this complaintThe company mailed me a check in May and then issued a stop payment on the check after I cashed itEvery attempt to email customer service never resulted in a response backYou can never speak to a supervisor and they tell you one will call within 48hrs but no-one ever callsThe company is knowingly keeping my escrow funds and there is no effort to refund them in an expedited mannerThey have also refused to refund me the fees incurred for the canceled check

Charged me $for a book of checks (I was quoted $19, which is still outrageous, but you have to use their vendor) When I tried to have the amount adjusted, it took phone calls and a total hold time of almost hours The issue has still not been resolved Terrible customer service

Hello: We received a letter from this company in reference to being behind in our mortgage payments with Specialized Loan Servicing SLS Mortgage ServicesA letter from *** *** Law Firm which was NOT Certified or Regjust a plain cent generic (pg type with pen fill-ins in spots) almost threw it out thinking it was an advertisement letterIt states they are being retained for this situation on Aug22, We went a head and immediately call them and were told a payment of $15,was due on our Mortgage Let it be known we sent a months payment 8/1/and they rejected it without telling us, we put a stop on it $with our bank thinking it was lostThey are also claiming we missed payment 3/+ 4/we have sent them copies of those check to no availIt states in the letter we had days to contest this (which we are painstakingly in the process of doing, it’s now over days with NO response) In any avant, we went ahead and paid the FULL $15,amount owed WI

Specialized Loan Servicer is the loan service company on my properties first deed of trust I am doing a REFI They are refusing to refund my property tax escrow account and are applying to the loan payoff amount By refusing to refund my escrow account I am forced to pay into the new escrow account again The escrow account in my money set aside for property taxes It is not their money to be used to lower the loan amount
I contacted the California Department Of Business Oversight and filed a complaint SLS got the complaint, called me, and indicated that they were going to fix the situation This was just a stall tactic to burn up a week, they did nothing they said they were going to do When I called them back, they indicated they never said that and we were back to square one

The Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) has not logged in a payment I issued to them on November I have made multiple calls to SLS over the previous months and they keep telling me the issue will be handled But once I leave them alone, I receive another phone call from them asking for me to make another payment or my mortgage will go into foreclosure I have asked to speak to manager, they keep telling me there is not one available but will have one call me back within hours I never receive the phone call

I've been paying on a home equity loan (HEL) for years In the past months, my interest rate has gone up times It has never gone up until it was sold to SLS!! My payment also went up, but I was never informed about the increase When I first took out the loan with the original company, it was a fixed interest rate; now SLS is telling me it "can be adjusted." Also, I have not received a statement for several months I asked why, and was told there was a new law passed in June that said they don't have to provide statements any more! What kind of BS is this? I rely on those statements to know what the payment is (since now it seems to change every month), and what I still owe I'm so disappointed in this company and wish I had the money to pay it off completely I was duped into this loan without realizing it was an interest-only HEL (fitting acronym for this company) If at all possible, DO NOT go into business with this company They are inconsiderate and treat you like dirt when they talk with you

I have received two packets with loan modification applications from these people and I have never asked for a loan modification from them They are sending them through Fed Ex This is making me nervous

This has happened once before with this comapany years ago on a smaller scale and we had to work to pay extra to resolve a paymentI've found over if the same complains on the internet with SLS We make our house payment every month and they say we are 7-months behindOver years we have emailed, faxed and mailed our bank statements showing where all of the payments have clearedOur bank has sent them copies of our bank statementsWe have been to let an attorney look over our records to where he saw no fault in our part and told us what to send in a letterWe keep getting big packets of correspondence saying they do not find any error in their partThis is a big issue with this company misapplying or not applying paymentsAll of our other creditors are in good standingWe have good credit except with SLS and they are crippling our credit bc of what this is doing to our credit scoreWe have tried probably times over the year period to resolve this and to no avail

This company is charging additional fees when I call they say different reasons Example fees billed property preservation (when ask about this they said forclosure and I’m not in it) fees collection prop fee inspection( when ask they said someone came to my house to inspect no one did and it’s charge a few times) fees collection expense advances have no clue what that is I think I’m being ripped off I don’t think this is legal to do

Specialized Loan Servicing is attempting to collect on a debt I do not owe My son defaulted on his mortgage I did not cosign anything acknowledging responsibility of this loan SLS failed to do the miniimum due diligence I have called and emailed their representative about their error No one has called me to clarify I believe their actions are a scam to prey on a disabled military retiree

The issue started when my mortgage loan was changed to include my property taxes I paid the years that were past due to bring the account current in April and May of All records of payments are verified by Bank of America My escrow account with SLS has never been fixed and over $23,has disappeared from my account and has not been posted accordingly Every month has been a nightmare talking with countless customer service agents who are just reading from a script and do not care about helping you This is also causing issues with my credit rating I have told them this is the final straw and will now take legal action against them I have all records and confirmation numbers from Bank of America since January to current month I need my monies applied to my account and the derogatory marks on my credit removed immediately

SLS needs to be investigated for loan servicing practicesI have tried to have conversations with them and they simply can't provide legitimate responsesFor years I have made over payments on my home loan to reduce the principle and pay off quicker For years, SLS has failed to apply the over payment to principle, instead putting those funds in a suspense account and applying the overage to the next months payments That allows SLS to keep a higher principle balance and charge me additional interest Another example of irregular practices was just last monthI ordered a payoff balance, paid the amount well in advance of the expiration dateSLS placed the funds in an escrow account (it's important to know that I don't have an escrow account with my home mortgage) Instead of paying off the mortgage based on their payoff statement, again they failed to reduce my principle balance and another days of interest was charged I simply do not understand how they get away with the

Totally disgusted with the Atlanta Ga branch Not helpful very negative They laugh keep you on hold I have my payment in on time every month but being charged a late fee I don' want this ruining my credit at all Ask for help I get hung up on or put on hold forever What is going to be done with this attitude in GA?!!!!!

My home loan mortgage is serviced with SLS, I refinanced last year with *** *** mortgage and my loan was sold to SLS, my mortgage includes an escrow account for Tax and Insurance
My insurance was due to renew on March with a total amount of $ I called multiple times SLS to confirm they had the proper information to pay my Home Insurance with *** and they agreed multiple times that they would be taking care of the payment as I was already getting billed monthly for BOTH tax and home insurance and the Escrow account had enough money to cover the cost
My insurance premium was never paid and I lost my home coverageI hope nothing happens to the house in these days that I have no coverage or I will be taking this to the court
