I was able to personally look into the matter with Ms*** at this time and as mentioned with our system updates, she mentioned that the items have not been returned for a refundAlso that an exchange is not applicable as the items for the exchange are not in stock to make an effective swap as per your requestAccording to the policy at this time, a store credit is available for the order which can be for put towards tea, but a refund is not applicable at this time. Thank you
